Not good!

Having been 'with' this survey site for an extremely long time, I am now experiencing that they are not very good at paying for surveys completed.
I am having to wait several weeks including reminders from me, before they send me the vouchers that I have earned and asked for!
This is completely wrong, and against their initial promises.
So, if anyone out there is contemplating joining them, then I would seriously think about it first.

Spent nearly a year doing surveys for £35. I redeemed the points on 17th November and despite sending several emails have still not received my reward. Just get generic emails saying problem resolved when it clearly is not

FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been waiting for my prize - a £10 gift card - for two and a half months now, and nothing. I have no idea when I'll get this staggering amount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Except I already earned it a long time ago, and Toluna stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get meaningless replies telling me not to worry because they think the prize is safe. But since I don't know when I'll get it, they don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A pyramid scheme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People have stopped doing surveys for FRAUDSTERS and have nothing to give the prizes with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

problem getting voucher

i have redeemed voucher they say up to 3 weeks to recieve,4 weeks later still do not have it.have emailed and i get its coming.it takes long enough to earn but now even longer to recieve.

Been with them for years.....

Been with them for years with little or no problem until now. I only want my £10 Tesco voucher which I redeemed in Oct 25 but to no avail..I don't know what's going on but I know I won't complete another survey until they pay up...

Time to be Transparent Toluna

I am not sure how many people in UK regularly do these surveys but all of us, especially the long term members who stayed through thick and thin over several years, deserve some accountability from Toluna. It is clear that dozens of us are unhappy now and maybe hundreds or thousands more who dont care to contribute to the forum. What cataclysmic event changed Toluna from a happy fluid process into a daily struggle? We accepted the loss of the former user friendly forum with continuous scroll, we forgave Toluna for taking away the convenient categories of surveys we could cherry pick, we said good bye gracefully to spot prizes and almost daily competitions, we got to grips with new logistics on the site and have been patient with all the glitches and wasted time. Given that this company often asks about transparency, integrity, performance and convenience of brands isnt it time for Toluna to offer the same or at least account for all the let downs lately. It could be that the admin dont know much themselves but frankly i wouldnt work for a company that kept me in the dark about its corporate issues.

Today my account was blocked for no…

Today my account was blocked for no given reason.
My responses to surveys have been fair, consistent and thoughtful insights provided.
Toluna have withheld 2 x £30 vouchers as a result and obviously any further points I have in my account.
I had raised a question with them 2 plus weeks ago as to why I couldn’t redeem my vouchers, despite a confirmation email confirming I could claim them.
I have not received a clear response from them, lest to say they are looking into it and will get back to me. No such thing has happened except I have been blocked.
In recent weeks despite all the fanfare of improvements to the site, promises of faster payouts and an updated logo the site is a mess and no improvements are apparent. It’s the same Toluna with a new paint job.
If my account is reinstated I will amend this review.

Think my last review attempt crashed so…

Think my last review attempt crashed so here goes again. Quick easy surveys to fill in most of the time, interesting topics, fair rewards although you can be waiting a few weeks for cleared payment, but even so a great site to be on.

Very overdue payments

For some time now I have to constantly chase them for payment but the payment I am waiting for is very very overdue I have sent them several emails but you just get their normal reply which basically says we cannot pay you yet nor do we know when we will pay you seriously this needs to be looked at by the CEO if I knew the CEO’s email I certainly would so are they in serious financial difficulties it would seem so all other survey companies of which I participate in pay me the same day why can’t Toluna so they should get there act together and sort their payments out I have been owed this money since last year

Very disappointed and frustrated
