horrible!

I had a holiday with TOM TRAVEL via Wowcher and Wowtravel in Turkey and it was a huge disappointment!!!! They charged an additional 199 euros for food etc. as a hidden fee, I had to find out about this on the spot! I had no choice on the food whatsoever as we didn't stop anywhere else but restaurants on the motorway with set menus massively overpriced. They took us to all the touristy places and expected us to spend money, the sales assistants were following us around aggressively pushing sales. The hotels were in the middle of nowhere and they dropped us off at 6 pm, leaving us nothing to do but watching TV. My worst holiday ever, don't recommend them at all!! After contacting the company and waiting around I've been sent away with a 'sorry' which is unheard of!
