THIS IS A SCAM!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!! I don’t know how I fell for this.. PLEASE REPORT
This is a scam site
This is a scam site, do not order and do not be fooled by the closing down sale, this is a permanent feature to encourage you to buy quickly and not wait to do the usual checks that you might otherwise do.
There T&C’s state you can’t return because of size issues, this is against the distance selling act. They must provide a refund if returned within 14days and in good condition.
Avoid at all costs - this is a scam!
As other reviews indicate this is in deed a scam website, which is selling counterfeit Rapha products under false pretences. I just wish I had done my due diligence before purchasing!
Despite various emails I have received no response for the actual supplier in China!
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with my order, but they responded promptly and sorted it out quickly. The product quality was exactly as described on the website. Will definitely purchase again.
This is a scam cycle wear site
This is a scam cycle wear site - they sell fake items - these come from China - there has been no contact from them since my items arrived and they are appalling in quality.
Please DO NOT BUY
I have reported this company to the National Cyber Security Centre
I also suspect the few 5 star reviews are from fake accounts
Great experience with Tom Cycle Wear
Great experience with Tom Cycle Wear! The Cycling Set I ordered arrived on time, and I love the quality. I had a minor issue with the size, but their return process was simple and hassle-free. Very satisfied!
Fake item, scam website, so many BOTs review here
Fake item, scam website
Now they are using BOTs for ratings on Trustpilot also.
The seller is faking a shop in London, but actually shipping fake Rapha from China.
Also they have loads of imparity clauses to help them refuse order cancellation/refund and rip off customers.
Rip off
Rip off, worthless fakes, unwearable, worth 10% of the price, if that
