Very happy customer!

Beautiful shoes, great service!

I just received my customized 2 pair of shoes from Tomar and I am over the moon with the quality, materials, craftsmanship and communication with the team! The size is perfect, they are so comfortable and cosy can't get them off my feet. I will definitely order more in the future in different colors knowing how well and with a lot of passion are these shoes being made! So so happy that this brand exists and I highly recommend them to everyone ❤️

While the quality of the sandals themselves is lovely, the ordering process and customer support were incredibly disappointing.

The website claims customers can choose between leather or wool insoles, yet there was no functional option to select this during checkout. I specifically added a note to my order requesting leather. Immediately after purchasing, I realized I needed to size up and sent an urgent email requesting a change from size 40 to 41.

I never received a response to my email. When the shoes arrived, not only was the size not updated, but the insoles were wool despite my specific request. Given the high cost of postage and the difficulty of international returns, this lack of attention to detail and zero communication is unacceptable. It’s a shame that such a nice product is let down by a completely broken service experience.

Quality slippers, fancy colours :) I like the possibility to personalize. However I misread the sizing. One opportunity to improve, the inner surface is slippery with half of my socks collection and also read this feedback from others. Keep going! :)

Despite USA's tariffs hampering our order, Tomar still mailed the shoes as soon as they could, and did not charge us extra in shipping. We were very grateful!

My son loves his shoes. They fit well and we will be ordering more as he continues to grow. Thank you so much for making these shoes in adult sizes!

Sandals are meticulously crafted with quality materials, they fit like a glove. Shipping was fast and the cost was reasonable.

Super friendly and helpful! I ordered a size that was wayyyy too big, and they worked back and forth with me to figure out which of their sizes would fit my foot best.

Absolutely beautiful barefoot sandals. They made my sandals quickly within 2 weeks from ordering. I was able to choose colour which was the main reason why I picked this brand. The price is very competitive and sandals have beautiful buttery leather and are very comfortable and super flexible, beautiful stitching. In the past I also ordered a wool slippers which were amazing too. Great company with fabulous high quality products. Would highly recommend

I'm happy with the house slippers I ordered online through Tomar Creation. They look and feel as promised in the pictures and descriptions. They are very affordable when you look at the good materials used and the personal craft work. They have very good barefoot ground feel, and enough toe space, which was very important for me. I didn't mind paying the €12 fee for shipping, I think it is a bit weird how we got so spoiled by shops offering free shipping. It's only fair if the customer pays it. I ordered them a size larger than my usual shoes, after checking the size charts. They are a good match. They arrived within the promised timeframe. Thank you to the makers!
