The tomatina experiencia itself was good but everything handled by the tomatina.es company was poor. We weren't able to get our shirts before the event started because the line was too long and instead we just got the bracelet to attend the event. Then we had to wait 2 additional hours after the scheduled bus time in the sun without water for our bus to return. None of the staff seemed to understand what was going and were just as confused as us. Very disappointed as it seems the company over booked and was not able to handle the volume of people they booked. Next time I would book with another company to handle transportation to the tomatina.
