Weak smelling Oud Wood which dries down immediately into skin scent. Tom Ford customer didn’t feel like that was a good enough reason to try to replace the perfume with a different batch

I used to love the men's aftershaves yet the company just don't care if someone is ripping me off or even themselves off so long as the money keeps rolling in. The customer service just say not our problem.

Expensive Tom Ford SUNGLASSES - don't buy them!!!
I bought sunglasses from House of Fraser just about 18 months ago and paid over 350 pounds for them; they were sold to me on the basis that they were "anti-scratch" however they were anything but and after only a few months, there were so many scratches on them (and yes I kept them in a soft case whilst in my bag) that the daylight shone through!
I contacted the customer service dept for Tom Ford UK and they initially fobbed me off telling me I had to "reach out to their third party manufacturer who made the lenses for them" I said that I bought the glasses from Tom Ford because I expected an upmarket brand having regard to the name - and it wasn't my job to pursue the faulty sunglasses issue with anyone other than them; they kept fobbing me off and then decided to tell me they were dealing with my complaint and to be patient for 5 days; after 8 weeks and numerous chasers on my part they came back to me simply reiterating that I should contact their third party partner!
Shame on you TOM FORD - potential customers beware of this company who sell sunglasses at high end prices and make claims (anti scratch) that are untrue and then hope you will go away when you complain by constantly fobbing you off!
