I messaged Tom direct trying to buy tickets for the Edinburgh show , he replied almost immediately saying he would see what he could do.
The following day Dominic tried to source tickets but unfortunately they were all gone.
Im obviously sad to miss seeing him but he really was tried his best to help.

Exceptional service and an outstanding wine selection.

My son’s wedding ended up being one of the happiest days that any of us who were there can remember. The love he and his wife share for each other flowed freely to all the guests and it was completely magical.
We took wine choice very seriously, and 6 months before the wedding had a tasting at home with 4 wines, two red and two white, all suggested by Tom and his associates. The wines they guided us to were completely magnificent, and enhanced the day elegantly but without pretension, much like the way Tom himself presents things.
I can’t even tell you how grateful we are to have been guided to wines that we might in a broader tasting have chosen, but that ended up being completely perfect.
They were a Touraine Sauvignon and a Beaujolais Gamay Noir. We’ve saved a few bottles to wet the babies head when they have their first baby in September.

I have placed a few orders from Tom Gilbey Wines... One specifically was to try the Cotes du Rhone, 2019, Domaine de la Presidente, but I ended up getting some other bottles too. I loved the Cotes du Rhone, so I placed another order of a further 9 bottles of the stuff!

Unfortunately, only 2 out of the 9 bottles were drinkable! The rest tasted like pure alcohol and had to go straight down the drain! Goodness knows what happened there!

I made contact with Tom via Instagram. He was lovely and said he would send me something 'fun' to make up for it, which I thought was nice of him.

However, it's now been weeks and nothing has been sent! Rather odd...

Was a shame because I rather liked buying from someone who knows their stuff about wine!

Tom and his team organised a super fun client event in September. This is the second year Tom has hosted our event . The feedback was excellent and we couldn't have asked for the evening to go any better. Would highly recommend to anyone .

Tom and his team hosted a Wine Tasting evening for 50 of our clients which went down an absolute storm. Tom had everybody in stitches all night, as well as imparting lots of wine knowledge. The wines were excellent, and the organisation of the team in the run up to our event and on the evening was amazing. They handled everything with professionalism from start to finish and we will not hesitate to use them again for future events.

Great wines, fast and responsive customer service. I made a mistake with my order and it was corrected quickly and without fuss and with good humour. They’re a great bunch. Highly recommended.
