A huge thanks to the amazing team in Harrogate for such a first class experience from start to finish. Just the moment we walked in the door my partner sighed and said, oh well, I suppose we’re getting a Tom Howley 😆 We had been to Neptune and De Vol and they book looked great from afar but the quality of Tom Howley was just unparalleled in their showroom. Their welcoming team were lovely, super chatty and knowledgeable and made us scones! Beth worked up a really creative design that no one else considered and the price was genuinely significantly less than I expected considering all appliances and fitting is included in the cost. Lovely Beth had a maternity leave and left us really well taken care of by Dan, and it was all seamless. The project was installed by Ty and his team, what a set of pros they all are. Again it was all just exceptional. We had a sink problem and I’m telling you that any company out there could take a leaf from Tom Howley’s playbook in how to just delight customers. Best customer service I think I’ve ever received ever. Also a big shout out to Ron the fitter and Greg the painter, we enjoyed welcoming them both into our home and were confident they were experts in their field.
We are big fans and I encourage anyone looking for a really quality kitchen to consider them. Thank you everyone!

We recently completed an extension with a new Tom Howley kitchen installed. Our experience was fantastic from the initial design reviews, to the installation, and then the after sales support.

The initial consultation was in-depth, and Jonathan took the time to understand our requirements and needs. His knowledge and patience during this stage made us feel confident that our Kitchen was in good hands.

The installers were highly professional and very thorough, and minimized disruption to our home. The craftmanship was as you would expect with Tom Howley, with attention to detail evident across all aspects of the kitchen.

Richard who was our installation manger was available throughout project, and kept us updated on progress, and any unexpected issues were addressed promptly. Richard was also available post installation to address any questions we had. Again, this was prompt and efficient. It is clear through Richard, that Tom Howley is committed to customer satisfaction.

Our overall experience with Tom Howley was exceptional. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The kitchen has transformed our home and we would highly recommend Tom Howley to anyone looking for an outstanding kitchen with great customer service.

We recently had a Tom Howley kitchen installed as part of a house renovation and we’ve been so happy with the result. Chris in the Esher office did a fantastic job with the design to make sure we received our dream kitchen. He really understood how to make the most of the space and ensured the layout worked for us day to day. The survey and installation process were very easy and the quality of the kitchen is amazing. I would definitely recommend Chris and the whole Tom Howley team as they‘ve all been brilliant.

I am now just about to have my third Tom Howley Kitchen fitted in a completely brand new house build and once again, my experience has been first-class. Sandra in the Wigmore Street showroom has been fantastic!!!

While Tom Howley may be slightly more expensive than other kitchen manufacturers, once you factor in the fact they are totally bespoke, solid wood and fully installed to the highest of standards, it actually works out to be extremely competitive.

If you have a chance to visit a showroom, I highly recommend that you do. This way, you will see the quality, the amazing difference, and the beauty of the kitchen furniture they offer.

She is dedicated, responsive, she has a great sense of details and is very good at understanding what the client need.

Sandra was our designer and she has been great throughout the process. She is very detailed and space conscious and has provided us with the perfect design for our room layout. She was also very patient with me and all my requests!

Ros and the team at TH Cheltenham were fantastic from design through to installation. Dealing with a stressful self build with multiple moving parts it was comforting to know our kitchen was something we did not have to worry too much about. Patient and knowledgable during design stage and professional and efficient during installation. Highly recommended!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Design was critical to ensure we made the best of a small area with high ceilings. Julie was thoughtful in taking this into consideration. The result is stunning. Special thanks to Helen our brilliant project manager who ironed out any issues straightaway. Our fitters Dom and Carl were an absolute pleasure to have on site and also Joe who completed all the finishing touches to perfection. We have fed back to the team how small issues could be improved at design stage but overall we would have no problem recommending a Tom Howley kitchen to anyone.

Tom Howley was one of 3 that we wanted to install our new kitchen. The first appointment was great, Suzie was an excellent designer and very helpful throughout the design period. The installers were also a pleasure to work with and the workmanship was excellent. Unfortunately the project manager was very poor at communicating, which led to severe frustration for not only ourselves but also the installation team. It was extremely painful getting the project completed but we would highly recommend the product.

From start to finish the service was amazing - everybody who comes into the kitchen says WOW well worth the money .

We had a fantastic experience with Tom Howley in Cheltenham that resulted in a truly amazing kitchen. The design process with Ros was great, she made sure we explored all avenues for our kitchen without overwhelming us. Our install manager, Helen was brilliant, from the first conversation we had with her we had total confidence that the kitchen fitting would go smoothly, she was totally on it and completely took away any anxiety.
Our fitters, Step and Damian were absolutely fantastic, they did an exceptional job of the fitting.
Joe, who finished off the paintwork was brilliant, so meticulous in his work.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with our kitchen, everyone that has visited has commented on how beautiful it is and the amazing quality of the product.
We were confident we would be purchasing a fantastic kitchen when we originally placed our our but the finished outcome has far exceeded our expectations.

The initial sales service came across as excellent and the quality of the kitchens in the showrooms lured us in. However, we regret choosing a Tom Howley kitchen. We purchased our kitchen in June 2023. Now, over a year later, our kitchen is unfinished and we have had issue after issue. At first, they delivered the drinks cabinet in the wrong colour (this was then rectified), but then they built it into the room rather than providing it as freestanding (we requested it to be, and it was designed to be, freestanding). The only resolution was a small refund but this didn't resolve the fact that we now cannot take what was an expensive drinks cabinet if we ever move in the future. We even said at the time of buying that we only want the drinks cabinet if we can have it freestanding; otherwise, we would not have purchased it.

Further, despite providing product codes, Tom Howley designed our fridge housing and canopy height incorrectly. We can't open our fridgefreezer doors fully which is insanely frustrating on a daily basis. The canopy above our hob was supposed to be designed so that our wall clock would fit above the canopy, but they designed the space above the canopy too small so the clock does not fit (despite us specifically requesting and giving them the clock to measure during their visit when measuring for the design). Our ceiling coving was also destroyed when fitting the drinks cabinet; we've been told that the cornice for the drinks cabinet should have been designed to fit under our coving. Despite being told this, we still have no resolution and have been left with destroyed coving on our ceiling.

Over a year later, the issues remain and the kitchen has still not even been painted to finish it. We have been trying to go through the formal complaints process but the customer service has been truly awful. Over three months ago, a senior customer rep came to our property to look at the issues, yet we are still no further forward and have been left with an unfinished kitchen. It takes weeks to get responses from anyone. We thought Tom Howley was a premium company and therefore the customer service would be good. However, the service we have experienced has been terrible.

We enjoyed our experience with Tom Howley from start to finish. They are very attentive and accommodating. We found they listened to how we use our space to give us the best design possible. Priti designed a wonderful kitchen and Richard was great during the fitting process.

A huge thank you to the whole of the Tom Howley team for the design, planning and installation of our fabulous new kitchen. From start to finish, every aspect of our kitchen installation has been excellent.

Our journey began in the Tom Howley Showroom in Nottingham with the introduction to Sian who made us feel exceptionally welcome but also Connie, the Designer. On presenting our proposed design, not only did Connie talk through the design process and planning stages both thoroughly and professionally, nothing has been too much trouble in ensuring our design requirements have been met.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the Project Manager who visited our home several times, to provide us with an overview of the whole process as well as keeping us well informed during the both the installation and completion process.

A huge thank you is also extended to both James, the Installer who was extremely meticulous and professional throughout the installation process and also Pencho, who is an expert in finalising all remedial paintwork and minor imperfections.

It is evident the whole team has not only contributed to ensuring our dream kitchen exudes quality and desirability but have taken us on a journey which has also exceeded all expectations.

Our Tom Howley kitchen is now fully signed off and far exceeds our expectations in every aspect.

It all started with Annie Tullett creating a bold and ingenious design for a particularly awkward space. She managed to bring together a number of standalone kitchen elements, into a cohesive design that just worked. Nobody else we consulted with came up with anything like it, and it is even better in physical form. Design aside, we were further convinced by the level of service and support from the rest of the Cheltenham team, including Sarah Goldsmith the showroom manager.

When it came to installation and after sales support, Helen Thornell (Installation Manager) did an incredible job. Helen gave us confidence throughout the planning and installation stage and has been very responsive, even after completion, for any queries and small extras we wanted.

The quality of the install by Step Toogood and Damien Guy, is exceptional. And the finishing of the paintwork and the oak surfaces by Joe Thornell and Paul Mullins, respectively, is outstanding, they were also all very professional and a joy to work with. Integrating seamlessly with other trades at every stage.

Overall we are very pleased with our decision to go with Tom Howley and know that we have kitchen that will give us joy for many years.

This is the second time we have used Tom Howleys our first kitchen they did for us was over 12 years ago and The service was Second to none the kitchen still looks absolutely fantastic. We’ve just recently done an extension on the house and had a large dresser unit made for the back of the lounge area. Matthew who is part of the design team at Tom Howleys was so helpful Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end he designed the perfect dresser for us the workmanship and quality and all communications were great everything was just simply brilliant. We are thrilled to bits with the cupboard, and could not recommend this company enough .

The team at Tom Howley have created the kitchen we always wanted. From the initial consultations with Rachel right to the final sign-off with Don the process has been first class. The quality of the kitchen itself is superb but it was the way in which all our personal requests for re-design and alterations were accommodated that made the difference. The team that Tom Howley has put together including Louis, Matt and Gordy’s team are a fantastic group of craftsmen and have created our dream kitchen!
