I have purchased many bracelets within they last two years and recently a necklace from Tomm jewellery and they have never tarnished or Broken, i highly recommend.

I placed my very first order with TOMM not too long ago and couldn’t be happier with my new ring. I also received a free gift with purchase as I ordered during a promotional event over a weekend and I love the free earrings they hand selected for me. My ring is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again in the future. The customer service is also amazing, they can’t do enough to help you!

Purchased the Let's Dance multi disc necklace in silver as a gift for a friend.
Arrived within a few days well packaged. On opening the necklace was in a pouch inside a box tied with a ribbon. I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you Lucy x

A got the charm beaded ring with ruby birth stone in silver for my daughter a seen her looking at it and when she wasn’t looking a went and ordered it for her and gave it to her son to give her it from him and she loves it, it’s a beautiful ring and well made. The ring was delivered fast by Royal Mail. First time ordering and will not be my last. Highly recommend

Fast delivery absolutely love my bracelet have quite the collection now

My sister and I recently placed two orders. This was end of November and beginning of December. Items are still marked as processing. They do not respond to e-mails and they have not shipped the items. We will be reporting them for fraud and canceling transactions. It is easy for them to take money but not respond. Scam all around!

1/4/25 In response to their response below, I have over 7 e-mails going back and forth with them. I have messaged them on all of their pages and customer service e-mail from the website. Furthermore, as soon as we threatened to report them they immediately claimed they shipped the items but even the shipment is still “processing”. Please do not write incorrect and false replies online attempting to make it seem as if we did not do what we needed to do. I have proof of every single message and e-mailz

Beautiful bracelets received in luxury packaging.

Ordered a bracelet for part of wife’s Christmas present. Delivered on time and beautifully wrapped that I didn’t open the box it came in as I didn’t want to spoil it with my clumsy fingers. Really nice touch. Wife very please with gift. Thank you.

I was really happy with the jewellery, as was my significant other. There was 2 issues we recognised, which we hope with this feedback, will result in positive action. The first was the necklace being all tangled up when we opened the box. It took us a few minutes to untangle it. The second issue was that the necklace was a two-piece with a letter on each. It was advertised as being a single piece with both letters on it, including an “&” in between the letters.

We’re happy, but with more accurate images of the necklace, as well as it not being tangled, could be even happier.

Have had my eye on the star earrings for a long time, spoiled myself for Xmas, they arrived and are so beautiful they were straight in my ears, love them!
