I came across TOMM jewellery on TikTok when someone said they had been gifted a ring that can help with anxiety. This made me sit up and search for this small business. I was so glad I did. I have quite large fingers and have wanted a ring for my middle finger for so long so ordered a large. Wow the fit is perfect, so comfortable. I only wish I’d gone for my birthstone though as this doesn’t stand out and show the ring off enough. I would buy a full collection if I could. I never buy anything for myself so this was a real treat. I would love for a darker colour so people ask me where it’s from so I can direct them straight to TOMM

I ordered a present for my mum’s birthday. It was one we all chipped in for and her I my present. To our dismay, when she opened it it was the wrong bracelet, one that looks similar but is a lot smaller and cheaper and was the same as the one she got for Christmas. I contacted Tomm, who got back to me quickly and then had to prove it by taking photos of the new bracelet next to the exact same one my mum already owns. They confirmed they indeed sent me the wrong one and sent me a return label. However, we had to wait until my mum returned to work to work on the following Monday to print it off. Now she’s waiting for her present. They have apologised and I know we all make mistakes as we are only human after all, however I would have appreciated a discount or some for of compensation as a result given she has three Tomm bracelets already. Not sure I’ll be buying from them again.

This is my second review for Tomm.
My first was for when I purchased my jewellery and this is for their mending service .
My toddler caught hold of my necklace and broke it . I scooped up all the pieces (not sure if it was all) and messaged Tomm where Katie assured me they could fix it.
The cost of fixing it was surprisingly low and much appreciated.
From when I sent it to return was fast and packaging it returned in was gorgeous.
I'm super impressed and I'll be returning for the 4th time soon as I'd like some earrings.
Not only was my necklace size inclusive and made to measure the service to mend it was second to none. Well done on your super efficient small business .
