I tried several other programs, but none were as good as this one. After 3 months, my posture has noticeably improved, my back pain is gone, and my neck and shoulder muscles no longer feel like concrete.
The exercises are well explained through text, images, and videos, and for each exercise there are easier variations, so you can work your way up with or have a fallback on bad days. With the purchase, you also get access to a great (private) Facebook group where you will get help with questions or issues and exchange with others.
If you have any doubts, I recommend checking out the YouTube channel, where you can find free exercises and get a first impression. There you can also find additional exercises to integrate into your programm if you need to focus more on a specific area/problem. Last but not least: you get lifetime access wit a one time payment. Can only recommend it!

Aside from his funny advertisements, his knowledgeable and easy explanations drew me in. As I've done each of the exercises in SMM consistently, I've noticed an improvement in my ability to move well. I can turn and look behind me without getting a crick in my neck, now! Whenever my kids get a cramp or an ache, they come to me and I can always find a Tom Morrison YouTube video to help them with their wrist, neck, legs or whatever the case may be.
Great experience. Caters for every level and age. Tom and the team know their stuff and can explain in simple English and have multiple regressions for all exercises too. No fancy stuff, just honest, proven, workable, ways to help the body work as well as it can.
At first this seemed counterintuitive to me, but boy was I wrong. Do the work, as you can, as much as you can and remember regressions are your friends! I’m so glad I found Tom and Jennie. My hips are, too.
Absolute game changer for me this programme and all the support. Have ditched the gym, found ways to eradicate long term back pain and am back out running. Highly recommended fitness, strength and wellness

Fantastic program of improving strength, fitness and flexibility, great for rehabilitation. I'm currently recovering from an injury and after a hip op, and have used the regression exercises to regain strength and flexibilty. Tom gives you hope too, when you read about how he recovered, it gives you real hope!
Tom Morrison and his band of merry pranksters make mobility fun and affordable. It’s clear they have a genuine desire to help everyone become ‘flong and sexible’ as they put it, and it means so much more when it comes from people who have lived experience of musculoskeletal issues. In my opinion their courses are very reasonably priced, with massive plus that, once paid for, you have them for life. Along with this, the team go over and above with their willingness to answer questions and engage in a bit of banter. They also share a lot of trustworthy advice and content free of charge on YouTube, and their adverts are top entertainment. Huge thanks to Tom, Jenni and all the team ☺️
Stumbled across Tom on Facebook and took the plunge after reading previous reviews. So glad I did after years of neglecting to add proper movement to my workouts I was lacking in flexibility. SMM is great for improving your overall movement no matter if you run marathons or walk to the shops. It's helping me become stronger and more flexible or flong and sexible! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed 💪🙌
One of the best all round mobility excercise packages out there! You will not find a more dedicated and genuine team of experts to learn from. 4 years with SMM for me and I'm one of those people that doesn't normally stick to anything like this!

4 months since a serious herniated L5 disk with serve nerve pain. Consistent SMM got me back to life, it was a struggle. I even googled "is Tom Morrison a charlatan?" at one point, sorry Tom. But it really works, i was recommended an injection and too look into surgery. The Drs seemed really surprised saying things like "so the physical therapy really worked?". Can't say enough positive things about this program. I started using it because of new hip pain I was experiencing. I had had back issues for years and had given up on that and resolved myself to just having a "bad back". But this hip pain was new,and therefore, possibly fixable. Tom is so relatable and encouraging I found it easy to stick to the program. The approach that any exercise can be adjusted to your level and the philosophy that any movement is better than none, proved addictive. I feel lost if I don't do my morning movement or skip a day of SMM. Not only was I able to fix my hip pain, I greatly improved my back pain. I used to count on 2 or 3 knock down (causing me to pass out from pain), back spasms a year. They would leave me flat on my back for days, barely able to get myself to the bathroom. It's now been at least 2 years since I've had a major incident like that. I had given up SO much in my life to avoid aggregating my back. Don't hesitate to buy this program. It's worth every penny!
Tom has been haunting my algorithms for over a year or more and I kept thinking "another workout guru making unverified claims...I'll just stick to my physiotherapy program."
Frustrated by slow progess and a plateau that lasted months I finally decided to invest in the program and more importantly myself.
The SMM excercises have helped tremendously with my hip replacement. Two years of a post- op physiotherapy routine wasn't providing the mobility I was promised. In just four short weeks (5 to 6 times a week) of SMM the pain is negligible and the flexibility greatly improved. Side Plank March is my nemesis that I know I can conquer going forward.
In hindsight I should've gotten on board following the surgery but as proverb goes "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now."
Three years ago, at the age of 60, I became completely crooked, with one hip hiked significantly higher than the other; this was accompanied by an onset of chronic knee pain on both sides. For years prior, I had suffered from recurring sciatica that became progressively worse, notwithstanding endless visits to physiotherapists, sports therapists, acu-pressurists, chiropractors (the most ineffective of all), and orthotics specialists, as well as physicians and physical trainers. No one could provide me a wholesome or logical explanation for my situation. Desperate, I started researching online and finally landed on one of Tom's pages. 1-1/2 years later, I finally feel that I am on the right track in fixing myself. I'm a lot straighter, the knee pain in much less, and I almost never have sciatica. One hip is still hiked, and I have other alignment issues due, I assume, to my body having compensated over the years in all kinds of different ways, but I now feel that I have a structured plan to follow that makes sense to me. Tom's explanations and sequences are logical and easy to follow, and there are regressions for those of us who are having a harder time. I'm 63 and for the first time in a very long time I'm looking forward to doing my SMM drills because I have hope that things will continue to get better for me. Thank you Tom, for doing what you do to help people like me.

I’ve always been active- Pilates, yoga, the gym, but I still felt like something was missing. Trying SMM filled that gap completely. My body now feels more balanced and significantly stronger. I started with the regressions and quickly progressed to the full movements.

I’ve spent over £3500 on other programs and felt duped and got virtually no relief let alone lasting repair with my back - my friend suggested trying this guy a go and I was shocked at after just a few weeks I knocked out virtually all my sciatic pain and some of my other back problems ( usual l4&l5 disc displaced still after prolapsing them 6yrs ago )
Helped so may other areas out in my body too - I’d be surprised if anyone who tries this and doesn’t get results because the community chat group he adds you into really shows you that everyone on there is making progress .
Can’t recommend this guy enough . Always updating and he also chimes in on your own input on the chat group
