Order placed with Applepay payment

Order placed with Applepay payment. Unlike other online stores, the process here is a default usage of first of two e-mail addresses saved in the Applepay and what’s worse took address of delivery the address from Applepay. I realised inmediately but no change was possible. 10 days of attempts to prevent incorrect delivery… no action possible by Customer Service. The goods delivered to someone else. Absolute nightmare of experience. I should have checked the reviews here before buying.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Experience

I had a terrible experience with Tommy Hilfiger, and I feel compelled to share it.

I ordered a product that never arrived at my address despite providing the correct delivery information. Instead of resolving the issue, the company has placed the responsibility on me to track and return the package—which is impossible since I never received it in the first place!

Here are the details of my order for your reference:

Their responses have been slow and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. To make matters worse, this was meant to be a birthday gift, and I had to spend additional time and money finding an alternative last-minute.

I also learned the package will now be routed back to their warehouse in Amsterdam, and I’ve been told I can only get a refund after they process it. This process will likely take weeks, even though the error was entirely on their end.

For a brand as premium as Tommy Hilfiger, I expected much better service. Considering the high shipping costs, their lack of accountability and poor customer support are completely unacceptable.

If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

great clothes, horrible customer service

I´m really sorry to have to do this, but their customer service in Spain is horrible. Ordered something 1 month ago, they gave the wrong address to the delivery company, didn´t answer my calls, emails, nothing, the products were sent back and I never received them and so far neither the refund. I love the clothes, great quality but so dissappointed, I doubt I´ll ever order from them online again.
