Ordered nice cotton sweatshirt received polyester crap that will snag very easily. My 12 year old daughter who lives Tommy won’t even wear it, looks like I ordered from Wish. Customer service said I received what I ordered and offered % off of next order, there will never be a next order! Do not purchase, save your money!
I am reached out to you to this company every week for a couple months after my order never arrived. I have never received any response. I placed an order back on April 9th 2022, There is no number to call to address this issue, and they do not respond to emails. So disappointed with my experience

Horrible customer service. Package was either lost or stolen. Checked with shipping company, neighbors, etc. Reached out to Tommyinnit and were repeatedly told to check what we already checked. Told them this several times. At no point was a partial credit, full credit or replacement offered.
It’s an amazing website! I’m so proud of Tommy and how far he’s come and considering I can’t give him anything on twitch I’m so happy I can but his merch!
