Shameful

It's not possible that someone signs up on the first day at the first second, stands there two hours before in line to get a ticket and everyone else skips ahead because they have bots, then on ticket resale sites you find them there for sale at triple the price after 10 minutes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. They vaguely let you know there might be import duties due after placing your order but don't tell you they will be close to the value of your order. $36 import duties on $42 earplugs, not counting $25 shipping? Shameful. I order from luxury websites in Germany and Italy all the time and never have to pay excessive fees. When reaching out for assistance, the customer service email will copy and paste their policy to you without helping. Don't waste your money here.

My entire life was in that locker — they shipped it away without warning

Absolutely disgraceful. I attended Tomorrowland 2025 and paid for a locker at the front entrance. After the event, I was prevented from accessing my locker by security. No warnings, no emails, no signage. By the next morning, all my belongings — passport, wallet, bank cards, charger, clothes, personal items — were gone.

Turns out, they shipped everything to the Netherlands without even trying to contact me. I’m now stranded in Belgium, with no ID, no money, no access to home, staying in a filthy hotel with swastikas drawn on the walls. I’ve literally lost my job over this.

Tomorrowland’s communication has been nonexistent. For such a major international event, this level of negligence is shocking. How can you run a festival this size and treat guests’ belongings like this? No apology, no support, just silence while we’re left to deal with the consequences.

Never again. And I hope no one else has to go through what I’m going through right now.

Bad experience …

The most expensive and stupid festival ever I have been. They have rules which isn’t following by nobody not control for loud music or people in dream village. Everything is dirty . Waiting for toilets 45 min , waiting to wash your hands, waiting to everything. I will not come again in this trash 🚮. Waist of Money and time .

What a shame.

I’d give 5 stars if it was based on experiences in 2018, 2019 and 2023.

However TML is not the same as it was. My experience in 2018 literally left me gobsmacked- I cried from joy the first time I went and had honestly the most amazing time. It’s sensational.
But I give 3 stars now because the last time I went, and the year I worked there myself, I was really sad to see it’s over crowded, the vibes have changed, more reckless behaviour, less clean, less organised, bad customer service and overall more money focused than people centred. The artists are amazing! And the magic is there, but the fact is everyone in Belgium knows it - they’ve sacrificed too much to more money.
And Belgians can barely ever get the ticket whilst globally it’s expensive but possible. It’s too many people. It’s no longer BELGIANs pride. It’s a shame, but as is with all things these days, money comes first.

I bought entry tickets on StubHub

I bought entry tickets on StubHub. When I got to Tomorrowland after spending time and money to travel there, I was told I couldn’t get in because I wasn’t the original buyer. Even with a refund, who gives me back the days I lost and all the costs?

Tomorrowland sells out instantly, gets their money, and clearly doesn’t care what happens next. If they allow people to buy 6 tickets per person, they know resales will happen — so why punish the person who ends up with the ticket? If I’m holding a valid QR code, I should be able to enter. The original buyer sold the ticket — and that ticket was paid for and meant to be used.

And let's be honest if Tomorrowland really sends all bracelets to buyers in advance, why do they have massive on-site bracelet pickup lines? That should only exist for emergencies like someone losing or forgetting theirs, not for hundreds of people collecting bracelets with QR codes.
They know reselling happens. They've built a system that makes it easy: someone buys 6 tickets, sells 3, and people show up with the QR codes to pick up bracelets. So why pretend like they don't know what's going on?

I’m genuinely confused.

I’m genuinely confused.

I paid a lot of money for my Full Madness Pass / VIP experience – just like thousands of others. And now, after the Mainstage burned down, we’re given two “options” that both raise more questions than they answer.

Scenario 1: They somehow “secure” the area and slap together a “new setup” within 24 hours? What does that even mean? What kind of quality and safety can be guaranteed in such a rush job?

Scenario 2: They split the festival in two, send Mainstage artists to DreamVille (?!), and restrict DreamVille campers from even entering the main festival area – while other ticket holders wander a festival site without the Mainstage?

I don’t see any proper refund options, no transparent communication about what’s being lost, and no acknowledgment that this is NOT what we paid for.

And weirdly… social media is full of “thank you” messages and peace-and-love posts, but I don’t see any real critical questions. Are complaints being filtered or blocked? Am I the only one who feels this way?

I love the spirit of Tomorrowland. But this feels more like PR spin than “unite forever.”

I just want honesty. And a fair compensation plan. Not vague scenarios and silenced complaints.

Shocking customer service and experience pre festival

Great festival but the most appalling customer service i have ever had. I have spent over £1000 on a global journey ticket and not received the wristband and treasure case. Email support have the cheek to tell me i have requested to pick up my wristband at the festival. Ruining the build up to the festival.

Do not buy from online store - lost money

With my order WS2024-00193946 I was never able to communicate to Their Chosen Courier (both via UPS themselves and via Tomorrowland support) my address and the days after which the delivery was possible (any day after the Tomorrowland Festival weekend 1). In the end, they did not seem to get a hold of where the order went, which resulted in them refunding me the order amount and telling them to sort out with the Courier (which almost surely stole the package or lost it) all the import duties that I paid (almost 40 euros just for import duties). In the end, ordering from them resulted in weeks of struggle and back-and-forth communication for basic things, and in the end, they told me to sort out the import duties because they apparently couldn't do anything about it. Isn't the courier their partner and, most importantly, chosen by them? Apparently, stealing a package (and making a customer lose 40 euros for ordering from them) does not seem to be a problem they care about. Will never order again and I highly suggest others to not risk loosing money in the same way. Poor choice of partners and in the end the customer will take full responsibility for it. Avoid.

Oversold tickets and crowds diminished Tomorrowland’s magic

Third time visiting Tomorrowland and it was not as magical as before. It used to always be the best weekend of our lives. This time it was completely oversold and it was 2 to 3 times more crowded than before, even in the comfort deck. As a result it’s difficult to move between stages, get food/drinks, and even just dance. No wonder the people are less friendly than previous editions, which is a real shame as the international friendship is what makes Tomorrowland so magical. Hopefully they can realise this before it’s too late and set a hard limit to the number of tickets. The demand for tickets will always be overwhelming but they need to stick to their principles and not oversell. Otherwise the whole experience would just be diminished and Tomorrowland loses its magical flavour.

Won’t be rushing back anytime soon

We attended tomorrowland 2023 and it was a fantastic experience. Everything from the lineup, special effects, staff, food and drinks to the cleanliness of the site (especially bathrooms) and short wait times for the bathrooms, food and drinks. We loved it so much that we decided to go back for 2024 and let’s just say I won’t be rushing back any time soon. They completely over sold for the 20th year celebration and it just ruined everything that was good about it last year. Too many people meant large crowds so lines were longer and it was harder to move around to different stages. Also so much more rubbish around and dirty bathrooms in comparison to 2023. It was much hotter and people were less friendly and more pushy. Such a shame that greed got in the way of what could be a fantastic experience for all. I hope they don’t continue over selling so Tomorrowland can continue to be one of the best music festival experiences in the world.

I couldn't cancel a duplicate shipment

I placed a duplicate order by mistake, before they told me that the shipment was accepted, I contacted them and they told me that it could no longer be canceled (although they had not yet sent me the accepted email). They told me I could return it, I have to be responsible for all the shipping €30, the same as the product. The product arrived on time and well...but it arrived because they wouldn't let me cancel it. 3 stars, normal.

All the people I know had their tickets cancelled!!!

Hey Tomorrowland, your regular festival goers deserve an explanation (if not an apology) about the mass cancellation of tickets this year!! EVERYONE I KNOW HAD THEIR TICKETS CANCELED THIS YEAR!!! And you are charging 10e per ticket for the return of the money! Me and my friends sit every year in front of our computers and wait for the first 20 sale patiently. We were so thrilled to have gotten the chance to buy tickets!!! We paid in total 9000e for them! And then you canceled them all!!! AND YOU ARE KEEPING OUR MONEY FOR 8 WEEKS(!) so that we don't have it for any next sale. Sorry to say it but W T F ??! We keep reaching out to you to ask what is going on, we did everything the same as any previous year and your only answer is "terms and conditions changed".. so the small print? No notification in advance? No alerts on the shopping cart landing pages? If we "can't use a different address or email" then why do you even allow this option? Why not simply block this field?? And if you already canceled all the tickets, where are the First 20 links to the "next in line" people? Maybe it is time you admit to the public the truth: you don't want to sell tickets at this price point. You want all of us to cash out Global Journey. Tomorrowland was my favorite festival for years, I am beyond disappointed.

A little less in 2022

Things have changed somewhat since the last time, 3 years ago.
I am a die hard fan, I love tomorrow and been there already more than 10 years in a row but this years it was all a little less.
Much much more people on the site, very crowded a lot of times. As I am a foodie I tried a lot of different food and it all tasted not as good as always. It was still good but it seemed that they payed not as much attention to it as before.
The lineup for me personally was also not that impressive as other years. I went 3 days divided on 2 weekends and I never had a day that I said, wauwww what a lineup.
I understand that the last 2 years were difficult financially but for me it showed that everything was less as before.
But already look forward to next year, giving them for sure the benefit of the doubt! Still is the best festival in the world!

Help me!!

Hallo TML,
i am writing this here comment on trustpilot as it is my last desparate hope for help. Since you do not have a phone number and it is now 3 weeks since I wrote you an email, but have not received a reply yet. I need approx. 3000 € on the two TML tickets and it has been a nightmare to get hold of you !! Problems with payment links, airline tickets and TML bracelets. and all this I would avoid by buying a complete package. the festival is in under 2 weeks and I am still not in goal. Then one of you will not call me soon, or get my many emails resolved. my phone number + 45 21 44 23 29 / lmh.privathotmail.com

Extra Charges Beware

I bought a speaker, stickers and a bag from the Tomorrowland store, as much as I luv the items I got stung with a £47 bill for duty charges coming into England which they did not warn me of, be careful if you don’t want an extra 50 pound charge.

The worst customer service and refund…

The worst customer service and refund policy ever! They don't want to refund the amount what I paid for the ticket, they try to find excuses and to be honest I am really dissapointed as I went to the festival and the whole atmosphear was amazing, but when it comes to customer service and refunding they are simply rubbish!!! Unfortunately I can't give minus rating, but if could that would be a huge minus five star!!!!

Its LIT!

I must say that Tomorrowland is literally the best festival on Planet Earth, I really feel bad that it couldn't happen last year because of Covid. But I really miss that music and craziness.
