Fantastic service and a beautiful product

The website is easy to use. The pictures accurately reflect the item. Pricing is clear and there are a range of payment options. Once an order has been placed communication is good and items arrive quickly and are extremely well packed. I have bought several items of varying sizes and design and all have arrived rapidly and in perfect condition.

Amazing service from the ease of ordering online, to promote delivery. Well packaged, and in every that can be recycled too. I ordered the log holder as a birthday present for my husband, and it didn’t disappoint. Beautifully made and finished.

I purchased a floor light over 2 years ago. When removing the bulb the insert came away with the bulb,revealing a fault. I e-mailed Customer Services and received an immediate response acknowledging. 2 minutes later I received a full response apologising for the fault and confirming a new kit would be sent. It took only 2 working days for the kit to be received.
This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. Well done Tom Raffield and his team.

I have bought many lights from Tom Raffield, the entire house is fitted with them. I purchased a small skipper pendant for £675 in September, it is now retailing at £525 not on offer or sale , the price has just been reduced by the company .
A sign it was overpriced and sales slipping so they’ve reduced the retail price . … it’s a lovely light but annoying it can go down by so much.
Approached the company and was told they review prices and have reduced the price .

What a magnificent light. It's a work of art and I can't stop looking at it.
I have moved to a conversion in a Victorian hospital that has very high ceilings. This light is absolutely perfect.
If you're in a quandry about whether a light is for you. Stop procrastinating and just buy it. You won't regret it

We came across Tom Raffield in his early days and made our first purchase. We are now the proud owners of fourteen pieces. Beautifully crafted items and designs to complement every room in the house.
We live locally and visit their premises frequently. The staff are extremely helpful and most efficient. All pieces are beautifully packaged. Highly recommended.

I bought two wall lights two pendants and a large skipper pendant. The lights are gorgeous. Such statements.

I had a couple of issues so in trepidation phoned the contact number on the website as the order was over 2 months old (building delays). I actually got through very quickly to a real person! Her name was India. She was courteous and very professional. She solved my problem immediately and sent out an additional fitment that arrived the next day with no fuss. This is fantastic customer service and I commend TF and their fantastic team. My tip would be, buy directly from them to get this amazing service. I bought two others from a famous London department store and had appalling customer service.

From the first e mail as working offshore had a quick response from the girls in the office.
My wife went to pick up the lights as we live close by.
Was made to feel very welcome and had a look at the showroom while there.
Cannot fault the company and the products purchased.

A frustrating experience with a product and Tom Raffield customer support. Bought a skipper light from John Lewis. You’d expect a £495 handmade premium product to have all the correct parts…it didn’t. Took 3 emails to TR to get the right bit eventually posted. Having been told on a Wednesday I would have it by Thursday, then told Friday it would be Sunday for it to eventually arrive on Tuesday. The skipper light itself is great, their customer support is poor. As a premium product the service should have been better, where was the follow up? Where was the customer care?

The two Skipper flush ceiling lights I bought last week have just been fitted and I couldn’t be more delighted. They are absolutely beautiful. The filament within each bulb glows warm copper and casts fantastic patterns on my ceiling. My order arrived by courier and was very well packaged. I’m delighted with my purchase and didn’t think just sitting with the light on could make me smile even with fuel costs as for now my lights stay on!

Fantastic customer service from Tom Raffield. I got my lamp delivered in France and thanks to Brexit the delivery was not simple (due to the courrier not the company) but the customer service was on point and extremely useful. Also the lamp looks amazing
