I ordered 2 shirts for my husband and 1 of them did not fit. They wanted me to send them a picture of the shirt showing the chest measurements so they could investigate. What about the shirt that does not fit needs to be investigated? The quality of the shirts were and are not as they appear on their videos & photos. Please don't waste your money.

I am very pleased with the shirt. The reason didn't go 5 stars was the delivery which took 18 days. It will most likely keep me from ordering additional shirts.
The returns process is horrible
The returns process is horrible. They treat you like a criminal if you ask for a refund or return. It's totally unacceptable. Multistep process where you literally have to send them a picture PROVING that the items haven't been worn and still have tags attached before they will even send you shipping information (which you need to pay for). Have they learned nothing about customer service from successful brands?

TOTAL SCAM
Saw this company on Facebook and their polo shirts looked really nice. I ordered four XL shirts and when they came, they were cheap and plastic-like and they were about 3 sizes too small. Their products are total garbage. I will never order anything again that I see on Facebook. There are so many scams on Facebook it's disgraceful. EDIT: They are completely ignoring my request to return the shirts. They are cheap plasticky see-through material and they are totally the wrong size. And now I don't get my money back. Avoid this company.

This is really unfortunate and disappointing. I was hoping for a different outcome here, but this delay, delay, delay in getting a tracking number is ridiculous. And your online reviews they either love you or hate you and now they hate you more - a lot more. Your shirt sizes are smaller than US shirt sizes which is why (including me) there are so many requests for returns and exchanges. I offered to return and you said to just keep them and you would provide a tracking number when they were sent out. That was in May - now some 6 weeks ago. If you don't provide me with a tracking number in the coming days, I will have to be one of those reviewers that will not have kind words for you or your company....
UPDATE - 7/17/24
I was given a tracking number from Liz and the shirts will be here this week. It wasn't great, but at least I was given the shirts at no additional charge.

I ordered shirts from this vendor and it have been over 45 days without the delivery of the products that I have already purchased, which is totally unacceptable and shows the lack of communication and customer experience support and meeting the customer needs after purchase, this company is a sham and disgraceful and shouldn't be operating

Scam! Do not get involved with this company. Their ads are all over social media and they make their pullover shirts look very stylish and comfortable. My order finally arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it which is ridiculous. The material was almost like wearing bubble wrap plastic. It certainly was not anything to be worn by a human. It was also misshapen and two sizes too small. Customer service makes you jump through hoops to “qualify” for a refund, and then offers 50% back. I could get 100% back only if I pay the shipping and storage charges. In other words, they con you into paying for a very low quality unwearable shirt and then keep half the money on refunds. It’s a total scam. Beware!

Horrific
I ordered shirts in March, they arrive a month later. When I opened them the shirts were poor quality and the buttons were all scuffed and not the ones in the photo as advertised. I reached out to the company immediately and they never offered a refund as their policy states. They say they will resolve or get back to you and leave you on read. I threatened to file with the BBB and they said that before they resolve they wanted me to confirm no action was taken against them which is coercive. They wanted me to return the shirts at my expense and when I said I’m not paying to ship them back to china they said no problem ship them to noubani enterprise in Katy,tx and the address comes back to a private residence and the phone number doesn’t work. They sell you crappy products and rip you off with no intention of making is right like they promise on their site. The positive reviews on here were probably done by them. I have filed with the better business bureau and I can’t wait for this place to be taken down.

Customer service was great. Shipping did take longer than expected, I got the polo’s that I ordered and they were much smaller than I expected. I normally wear Large, and these were way too snug. They responded right away and gave me multiple options to replace them or get a refund so I was happy with that! If you’re not in a rush then it’s worth a shot.

I ordered the wrong size shirts
I ordered the wrong size shirts. I typically wear Large but this brand was made a little smaller so I had to ask for XL. They allowed me to keep the four shirts and sent me the four XLs for free. I was blown away at the kindness and generosity that Liz in customer support showed me. I gave two to my son and the other two to my son in law and they both love the shirts also. In this day and age of not caring customer service, this company really deserves five stars.
