Work was arranged quickly and carried out with no fuss to a high standard. I called back a few days later as something with my old garage doors had not been specifically requested for the new ones. I explained the problem and within a day the engineer came back and rectified the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring garage doors or repairs

Workman very knowledgeable and helpful.

Charged a fee to get a quote which is fine as they do state this on there website clearly where as other companies come out and provide quotes without charging. Gentleman came out had a look at my issue with the garage door motor and straight up said that would be a new motor and would get the office to call me to provide a quote. Within minutes a lady called providing a quote for just over £1000 which I thought was quite steep. I kindly turned down the quote and said I would get some further quotes as that seemed a lot more than most other companies. Lady said she would see if she could get the manager to review and provide discount and would call me back! Astonishingly called me back and was all of a sudden able to do it for just over £700! So all of a sudden could do it for £300 cheaper which is still above other quotes I have received. This tactic of purposely quoting high and then miraculously being able to discount it at the managers discretion is complete BS and irritates me massively. This is why I have only given one star!

Seriously.... £900 to replace the springs....a full garage door with installation is only £1100...WTH.

Was able to fix door on initial pricing visit. Made a good, thorough job of it. Was a bit more expensive than expected though.

Speedy reliable repairs, not particularly cheap but a job well done, you get what you pay for.

Appointment quickly made, engineer on time explained what he thought was the actual problem then gave me 3 options of repair. Costed via his office within 5mins & job sorted effectively by the engineer who was polite throughout. Job well done 👏

The engineer who fitted the new wires was pleasant ,explained the problem and did a good job with the repair.Gave good advice about future use. I would recommend this firm.

My experience with Tom's Garage Doors was wholly positive. It took a number of visits to get the door completely fixed for various reasons but each time I called them Rhys came quickly and dealt with the current problem efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very efficient but expensive for 2 hours work.

Engineer came as promised and diagnosed door problem as an issue he could fix in 20 minutes with £20 of parts. Toms office gave me a quote of £365 for this work. These people should not be in business- DO NOT USE THEM.

I thought they were very expensive for 10 minutes work
