Highly recommend TomsKey.com

I ordered a pre cut key, a key fob, a programmer, and the extension cable to allow an easier way to plug programmer into car’s electronic port under driver side console.

When I received my order, I was able to program both the key fob and the key precisely as instructed in the YouTube video. Everything worked on the first go round. Very happy with the product and the service.

PS my local Chevy dealer wanted $550 to replace & reprogram a key and a fob. I declined and took a shot with TomsKey.com and I’m very happy with my decision. The kicker was that one hour (!) of labor was estimated into the dealer replacement key cost. I think it took me about 5 minutes to do the programming with your product. Thank you TomsKey.com !

Great product and service

Great product and service. This company has amazing customer support. I will program my keys with them going forward and will recommend them to my friends and family. Don't throw your money away on expenssive locksmiths.

I Saved so much

I wish I found Tom's Keys first, I bought 2 key fobs elsewhere and then 2 keys saying they that they have to be professionally key, not that any place that cuts keys can do it. I live in Alaska; I found a place in which I wound have to drive 45 minutes to a ferry round trip, ferry 3 1/2 hours and overnight costs for $200 for someone to program. Thank You Tom

Key fob does not last

I purchased a key and programed it with their equipment. Worked great. 11 months later the key stopped working,( would not unlock the doors) Contacted Tom's purchased another key and programed it. This key also stopped working in 11 months. Emailed the company regarding what should be the expected life of their keys, no reply.

Amazing support and products

I bought keys and programmers for both a Dodge and Ford. The Dodge programmed easily per instructions. The Ford however did not. I contacted help at Tom's keys and they responded within 5 minutes each time I sent an email. Within 45 minutes we had the problem resolved. The keys worked great and support was incredible. Highly recommended vendor due to the support response and quality of the products. Very happy...

My key was cut incorrectly

My key was cut incorrectly. The customer service was great. They responded quickly and sent me a new key that was cut correctly. The process is quick and simple with fast shipping!

I took a star off because the key was cut wrong.

Well worth the time and money!

Very easy shopping and ordering experience, and saved a lot of time and money vs going to a dealership (which I never find to be a cheap or pleasant experience).
The key cutting service worked, and the key programming was easier than I expected!

Ordered two laser cut GM keys

Ordered two laser cut GM keys. Sent them pictures to make them but the quality wasn't good enough. They explained where I needed to make improvements and I resent the photos. Keys they made worked perfectly and were of good quality. I would patronize them again.

Customer service is exceptional

Customer service is exceptional, Things don't always go well with an online purchase. It's nice to have a company that stands behind their product. I had an issue and their response was prompt and courteous, from the service dept to customer service {Especially Mariah} They continued until my issue was resolved.

I placed an order on the weekend

I placed an order on the weekend. I didn't realize I had ordered two different Keys by mistake.
I got an email first thing Monday morning asking to confirm if this was my intention. After letting them know I had intended to order two of the same Key, they confirmed which Key I needed and updated my order. They fixed my error and still shipped the parts on time.
