I don't buy often from Tom's Studio, but every shop is a fabulous experience. The website is a joy to navigate, the little parcels are beautifully wrapped when they arrive, and the pens and inks are the best I've ever had.

I proudly own three different pens (special edition Pickle pen edition included) and I love every singel one of them. They are very practical, stylish, elegant and super functional.

Absolutely beautiful pens. I have 2 of the Fieldmouse and 1 Lumos, and I use them all of the time. They last for ages once filled up and write beautifully. The Fieldmouse is so convenient, I keep it on a keyring on my work lanyard. I have had so many compliments on both pens. Am seriously thinking of treating myself to a fountain pen next. They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I would highly recommend these, either as a gift or as a treat to yourself.

I love my pens!

I have several of them with different inks. Lumos pro have replaced the micron pens and the Wren my everyday pen. Love to change the ink color and smooth writing every time.

I got the set of all 3 Ori pens with sample inks and tips. The quality is stunning! They look cool and they're pleasing to hold. I've been using all of the tips because sometimes I highlight but sometimes I circle or draw arrows and I love that I can use any non-shimmer inks in them. Easy to fill. I don't know anyone else who is offering pens like these, and they're excellent. Also, got a lovely tea with my order! I already drank it!

Ordered a couple of pens and some ink - when my order arrived one of the pens were missing. Reached out to customer services who had a new pen sent out to me right away.

Customer services were super lovely. They were quick to respond and resolve my issue which was fantastic and the pen is the best pen I've ever used - will definitely be ordering more soon!

I bought one Lumos, then another, then another, then two more as presents for colleagues. The delivery is quick and the pens are fantastic.

Possibly the best pen ive ever used, and ive used a few. Lumos Pro, decided to try it first before buying a other ink colours but have re ordered twice and ive only had it a week. Brilliant communication, delivery and aftersales, very impressed so far

My tip holder was blocked, no way to loosen it up.
Silicone grip broken of so many tries, really disappointed when I expected a better experience with it... sent message to the company, waiting for feedback.

Edit: I decided to amend my review from 1 to 3 stars as the customer service reacted quite fast and was very helpful providing some possible solutions helping me at the end to solve my problem.

The pen I bought was defective and I emailed the company six times without reply. I left messages on Facebook and they asked me to email again, which I did without reply. They messaged me via Messenger to ask me to respond, which I did, but then got no reply. So my experience is that the pen doesn't work properly and the customer service is absolutely useless.

I ordered the Wren pen and it’s a little beauty. I love the fact you can customise the pen colours and I chose a cerise body with a midnight blue cap. I also purchased ink but it’s great to know that you can use other makes of inks and so aren’t bound to ordering from the companies website. However the ink I purchased is lovely and they have such a fantastic array of colours in stock that I probably wont be looking elsewhere.
I couldn’t be happier with my Wren pen. It writes beautifully.

Great quality product, brilliant customer services and when I had a problem with the delivery they resolved this quickly. Will use again.

Bought a Lumos pen, am loving it. Two options for nibs whenever I write, and such a range of colours. Easy to fill, and the engineering is just beautiful.
Contemplating a second pen, but maybe I'll drop hints to family for Christmas.
