The return process is completely convoluted and is going to take more time than it's worth for me to return it. Also, the item arrived way after they said it would. Do not buy from this company.

Computer Bag. The purchase and delivery went smoothly and most important the quality was as expected and perfectly suits my needs.

My order was delivered fast and quality of the sling bag was impeccable. This the second time I purchased a product from tomtoc the first product was tomtoc carry case for my Nintendo switch. I would definitely recommend your products to all my friends and family.

I was very dissatisfied with the quality and ease of use of the zippers. When using one hand they are very difficult to open and close

I bought a Nintendo switch case and love the hard shell I feel my switch is safe I also own a other product it’s a carrying case for iPad Pro 11in.

Great backpack for one bag traveling. I used for our trip to Orlando; on the way back, I packed it up completely (whole week of my clothes and the kids’), the weight distribution is good, very comfortable carrying it and running around the airports, padding is very good.
Love the YKK zippers, the whole backpack seems quite durable.
The only drawbacks I can find are the side handle is quite flimsy (even though the top handle is very good) and the compression straps aren’t are strong as other brands.

I ordered the Arccos Series Carrying Bag for Steam Deck. A FedEx employee ripped open my package and stole it's contents before it was delivered to me. So, unfortunately, I do not have the product. This review is solely based on my experience with tomtoc. I sent an email to them letting them know that my item was stolen along with a photo of the evidence. Several weeks passed so I sent them a second email. After another week or two, they finally got back to me and refunded my purchase. They did not refund the shipping. Before they responded to my email, I did some digging and found their 800 number. I called it several times per week and during their claimed business hours. Nobody answered. EVER. It just hangs up on you after a few minutes. I really want to leave a better review, but I was so disappointed by the amount of time it took to get my issue resolved. I have other tomtoc products and I love them. It's really a shame. Thank you.

I have not received my ordered item yet and have attempted to contact customer service multiple times without success.

I was not able to return the product that I bought on their website. They have a weird outdated system where you have to fill in a form to get an approval for a product to be returned. I did fill in the form, I even sent an email to their customer service and never heard back. Now I am stuck with the product I do not need and I cannot return it even though I didn't even open the package. So disappointed!

I paid for expedited shipping(1-2 day) and my item didn’t arrive until the next week(6 business days). I have attempted to contact Tomtoc four times and have been ignored each time. Clearly they shipped my order “ground” or whatever their free tier is and not expedited.
I ordered this directly through Tomtoc instead of purchasing on Amazon but I’d honestly recommend purchasing on Amazon as their customer service is leagues better - and that is saying something about Tomtoc.
The product is great but their customer service and e-commerce division needs some work.

This sleeve is sleek and secure, but I found that I have to push my laptop in with some effort to make sure it lays correctly in the sleeve. Even after measurements, the corners are still a little too tight. Nonetheless, it works well for me even if it takes up a little extra space in my backpack.

Delivery was super fast, and the quality of the bag is top notch. No complaints here.

Excellent communication about shipping and delivery and it arrived in good time and in excellent shape.

Product is fantastic and works so well. But didn't included the strap. Been trying to get ahold of customer service and keep just going back and forth when they do email. Shouldn't be that hard to send a replacement for something that should of been there in the first place.

Not the best customer service. Will diffently stick to their Amazon store for future purchases so I can just return the product instead of having to go through this again.

I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s a well-made product and will protect my iPad Pro. I like how it fits my keypad and all my accessories. Very good design. Don’t fix what’s not broken. I will continue to purchase products from you as long as the quality stays the same.
