When my Origin Effects RevivalDrive Custom was stolen, I found what was probably the last brand-new unit in Europe right here. The pedal arrived quickly and was excellently packaged. I'm really happy now. Highly recommended!

I have bought several items from Tonedoctor, a Magnatone Twilighter, several pedals and a switching system from Morningstar. Kristoffer always gives great guidance and goes out of his way to help. I highly recommend ToneDoctor

I had the worst buying experience ever from this site.
First I recieved an expensive pedal in good condition, although the carboard-casing was a bit dent.

I tried the product, and decided to return it, within the 14-day period.
I followed the package I returned, via link.

-5 days after the shop picked it up, they send me pictures of the dent carboard casing, blaming me for it. Saying they no longer could sell it as 'mint'.
Because they waited 5 days, the shipping company's policy for damages had expired.

I had no evidence for the dents being there, when recieving it, so I accepted to take it back.
-I paid for return shipment, and for the shop to send it back to me again.

Besides waiting 5 days from their recievement, until they blamed me for the dents, I also got no reply regarding the pedal for almost a week, after the message of their refused return.

I wrote several times, tried via phone - once they picked up, but said they were busy, and would call back.. They didn't!

I lastly threatened to do a bad review(like this), and contact the police(because they had my money, the pedal, and didn't answer), and Origin Effect(Whom they are listed as direct retailer for). Then they wrote me back claiming medical issues, was causing the delayd responses, and telling me my writings and behavior didn't do me honor as a person.

When I got the pedal back again, it was missing a rubber foot. So now I'll have to sell a pedal with dented carboard casing, and a missing rubber foot.

Stear clear of this shop! You get a piece a liqourice, and a cute note with your product, but they don't care at all.
