Order took longer than expected and did not arrive in time.
I decided to place an order mainly for convenience and with the understanding that I would receive it the next business day. Unfortunately, the order was not shipped until the next business day, so I had to scramble to find another option at the last minute (in time for an event)...and my arrangements to return everything once it did arrive the following week.
I still haven't received a response to my email to the company(sent after I placed the order) explicitly noting that the order was time sensitive and should therefore be cancelled in case delivery could not be made in time.

Worst service ever.
I think their customer service is despicable. I had to wait several extra days (after the expected date) to receive the products I ordered, without any indication from them there was a delay. Then, after another email waiting for another part of my order I find out that one of the items will not even be sent, without them even informing me about it!! I had to hound them to reimburse me for their mistake. If you don't want results and horrible service… shop here.

Tonerencartridge - rocks!
Sorry my Dutch is not very good so I ll put my remark about Tonerencartridge in English.
I ordered my BAII plus calculator from them on 4:30 PM on Thurseday, and my order was delivered at 12:30 midday on Friday.
They had the best price for that product with good delivery time which made my day!
I will order things via them again.
