Products at very good prices! Promptness in orders and delivery!

My experience with TonerPartner.ro has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I ordered 8 phones after speaking with one of their agents, who assured me that all items were in stock and that delivery would take a maximum of 5 days.
What actually happened
• Just one day after placing the order, I received an email saying that my delivery would be delayed, with no proper explanation.
• After 7 days, they informed me that they had received only 7 out of the 8 phones, even though they had confirmed full stock at the time of purchase.
• They promised to refund the missing phone, but even after 10 days, I have received neither the 7 phones, nor the refund.
Major issues encountered
• False information about product availability.
• Delivery deadlines repeatedly broken.
• Poor communication and lack of transparency.
• Refund delays for an issue entirely caused by them.
• No sense of responsibility toward the customer.
Conclusion
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. TonerPartner.ro failed to deliver on their promises, provided misleading information, and handled the situation with zero professionalism. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with your services. I still have not received my package. I placed the order on 22.02.2026 for 5 printer cartridges, paid in full, and only on 27.02.2026 did I receive an email saying they were with the courier—split into two separate shipments—and that they would arrive whenever they happen to arrive. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from you again.

Late delivery. Very late

Good quality products, toner cartridges (not HP originals) for HP Photosmart 5510. Arrived fast, well packed, working excellent with the printer.

The delivery time is very upsetting. I have order almost 10 days ago and only two days ago the order arrived at the transport company. I need my supplies faster as I have work to do and it piles up because of the lack of tonner.

Good products.

Parcel shipped one week after the expected time of delivery. Did not accept parcel because it was too late. Still waiting for my reimbursement more than 14 days after legal limit. I do not recommend.

Delivery time at this moment is 10 days, products not received yet, altough all cartridges appearad as on stock at order time.
Amount taken from card is higher, amount appearing on website for my order is a little lower and issued invoice is even smaller, so I have a big difference between amount deducted from car and invoiced amount. I suppose they are a real business, but at this moment looks closer to a scam, as invoicing is a joke and delivery times are a lie.
I hope I will resolve the issue with them, I will alternatively try to find a way to open a case with Slovakian authorities, out of principle.

The part in the image L22 was found broken in the box.There is no service in Romania.
