On 11.02.2020 I ordered two original printheads with ink (one black and one colored) for my HP Printer. When I received the printheads, they were outdated and expired because of dried ink. There was an expiration date printed on their package both. Immediately I asked for a refund of my money, because I have experienced, these kind of sellers cheat a lot. They told me, I must first return the items, and I did it when they sent me a return kit.

My guess proved to be correct. Although they have written on their website for full money back guarantee, they never refunded my money despite they received their printheads back. They issued a voucher to me instead, which I never requested and never intended to use, because I had decided not to shop from this seller any longer. Despite several requests and warnings, they have still the printheads, my money and the shame on their side.

I searched this company's address on Google Street View. It does not exist. So, most probably they do a black business.

I have not received the package and I have no information when I will receive it

Nothing to report. Everything went as promised.

Incredibly good product with compatible cartridges. But they don't like to hear about a complaint on a cartridge that can't get right down in place. Otherwise everything OK.

Placed order 3 weeks ago. Money was drawn from credit card but I never received the ordered products. I sent an email a week ago asking what was going on and got no reply.

Repeat order customer, latest order placed on May 20, 2021. I received (as usual) an email message the same day, indicating toner was dispatched and would be delivered by DHL; however, unlike prior orders I have placed, there was no DHL tracking number. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received my order nor have I received a tracking ID. I find it hard to believe the toner was actually dispatched on May 20, 2021.

Quite a long delivery time….

After making a customer account, when I made my first order, I was hoping for some kind of order history. After my second order still no history.
No tracking number available, but orders arrived fast.

Ordering was easy and fast. Prices are good. Delivery within 3 days is very good.

Accidentally placed an order for the wrong item, emailed to fix the problem 2 minutes later however no response from TonerPartner at all... finally received (and paid for) the wrong item and still no chance in hell for getting this corrected.... one week later !!

I have on 2 occasions complained about this order which I paid for and ordered 4 weeks ago. You have once replied that the goods have been sent. After that, I did not hear anything.

Delivery slower than expected from info on webshop.
