This company’s ethics are a breath of fresh air. I was sent the wrong item which was no ones fault just one of those things and they pulled out every stop to put matters right. Getting things on time is one thing but when it all goes wrong, it’s how the company puts things right that matter and this outfit has it spot on.

Delivery and communication was excellent, but the web site is a little confusing, I thought I’d ordered a full set of inks, as the picture showed a full set, when in fact it was just for Black. I should have looked closer but when ordering quickly it’s easy to get it wrong.
