The Canon 069H toner is not original, it's fake! I bought the CMYK set two years ago and just recently installed the black cartridge. Print quality is awful, black marks all over the right side of the paper. The link to return my order is not working.

I ordered an original HP toner, but what I received was clearly a used cartridge placed in an original cover. Although my printer accepted it, the print quality was terrible. The colours were inconsistent and faded, and in the end I had to throw away all three colour cartridges.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers pay more for original products because they expect reliability and quality. Sending used items instead of new, original toner is misleading and unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how a company operating like this is still in business. This feels like fraud, and I would strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from them.

Everything went smoothly; delivery took 2 days as promised, and the product works perfectly, as expected from genuine OEM products like the HP 415A. The invoice is generated at the time of the order, so I don't understand why there's so much fuss about it. There’s also an option to download the invoice directly from the customer account page. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and will likely purchase again once my cartridge is empty

I purchased an original HP 142A cartridge (as it was indicated on the Website and on the invoice) from this company. However, after installing it, the printer reports(based on HP’s own information) that the cartridge appears to be non-genuine / not recognized as an original HP product.
