Webwinkel Tong-europe.eu verdwenen

Op 22 augustus 2025 bestelde ik bij deze webwinkel, met adres in Parijs, een Segmow Navimow I105E.
Ik betaalde met creditcard van Buyway.
Ik kreeg onmiddellijk een antwoord dat ze mijn bestelling goed hadden ontvangen.
De levering naar België zou 3 tot 7 dagen duren, met levering ten laatste op 1 september.
Toen ik zaterdag stand van zaken wou checken, sufte ik naar de site, doch die bleek offline te zijn en is het tot op vandaag, 01 september nog altijd.
Dat verontrustte mij en ik stuurde 2 emails, waarop tot op heden niet werd geantwoord.
Ik vrees dat die robotmaaier niet meer geleverd zal worden en dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben.
