Following a detailed explanation as to how I made an honest mistake by my changing email address, new phone, new computer because I was scammed for a large amount of $. They continued to harass me everyday for more money. We exchanged numerous emails back and forth. They sent me their decision to except my explanation and I was to decide which address I wanted to keep, I chose my new address as the old one was comprised. I asked about my account balance of approximately $300.00. I was emailed to read the terms and conditions and no I couldn’t have my account balance applied to my chosen account. The whole experience was cold and indifferent to my explanation and my feelings regarding this situation.
