Terrible customer service (non-existent!)

Terrible service. I agree with others that this must be a scam. It certainly seems to be a cult. A bit concerning how people behave-they believe anything and everything.
I had trouble with the “portal”, trying to cancel my subscription. Should have had my head examined, spending so much money on rubbish. Don’t drink the Kool Aid.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Going to this felt like going to house party. Tony was only there for a few hours. His friends filled the show. A lot of screaming. I cannot believe a paid so much money for this. Don't go here.

James Cunnings (coaching coordinator) has been ignoring my emails enquiring about my refund for two months now. Guess I will not see my money.

Not able to cancel subsription

I'm also not able to cancel my app subscription. I sent them a message via their official contact form on their website, but also to the "teamtonyrobbins" email after I got the reminder-email that the trial is ending soon.

This is a really bad user experience - while I was feeling that the app could be helpful at times, it now gives me the impression of a scam - especially with so many other reporting the same issue.

Doesn't reflect positively on Tony and his business.

I love Tony and all he stands for but..

I love Tony and all he stands for.. but unfortunately, his business has grown too big for him to care about people who are investing in his services.

For over a year, I have been going back and forth with their "senior customer care" team, trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place.

I have repeatedly requested a refund of $2,000 for the Business Mastery event they wrongfully removed me from, yet my concerns have been ignored.

The Situation:

I had been making monthly payments for the program. However, after realizing that the conversion rate and interest charges were becoming unsustainable, I reached out to request an alternative—offering to pay the FULL amount ($15,000) upfront to avoid further financial strain.

I sent multiple emails to their accounts team, following up diligently, but received no response. Instead of working with me to resolve the matter, my account was suddenly placed on hold.

What They Did:

-Took money from an unauthorized account.

-Offered me a free Wealth Mastery event, which I initially believed was a goodwill gesture after the unauthorized charge—only to later find out it was a mistake intended for someone else.

-Ignored my emails when I tried to pay the full amount.

-Removed my ticket to Business Mastery without notifying me.

-Caused me financial loss—I took time off from work and my startup business to attend this event, only to be unfairly excluded.

-Customer service was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy.

-A representative on the phone lied to me and put me under unnecessary pressure.

-After all of this, they are now ignoring me.

I have lost so much money, time, and peace of mind over this, and the stress it has caused me is beyond words. I expected better from an organization that preaches personal growth, integrity, and leadership.

I understand that mistakes happen, and we are all human. But the way his team has handled this situation speaks volumes.

Instead of being people-focused, they have shown themselves to be purely money-driven, with appallingly poor communication and zero accountability.

I still believe in Tony’s message, but his company has grown too big to care about the very people who invest in his teachings. And that is heartbreaking.

No refund

They promise a 100% refund. When I asked to get refunded only hours after having signed up because I didn’t like the materials, I never got a response. I contacted them several times but was completely ignored. To be avoided.

Just Abuse!

Just Abuse!
They don't hear anything you say, it's just SPAM and abuse. You can't unsubscribe from it. I was interested to listen what this was about until I started seeing horror stories from others who lost money and said they were scammed, and from their description they were. I tried to unsubscribe numerous times but they won't leave you alone. The fact that they don't honor a simple rule of communications is a good sign of Charlatanism with these people. They don't care for you or your problems, and are NO FRIEND of the community! Run away!

Heartfelt Customer Service

My experience with the RRI Customer Service was very fast, friendly and efficient. I communicated with a lovely woman by the name of Mitzi and could tell by her tone she was there to be of the utmost service. This experience only re-enforced the level of commitment, integrity and service RRI offers. I was very impressed from beginning to end. Thank You!

Trust is Key

I loved a book from long ago "Notes to a Friend". I am doing this seminar and while what he says is good, its generic. Its prerecorded. When this was pointed out the crew members there tried to say different. Anyone that knows business and has been on a zoom call knows what that looks like and what's authentic and what's not...
these times its paramount to be authentic and walk/work in integrity. I think people would attend no matter what however to ask somebody to pay for this gold experience only to find out this is a recording and he's not even addressing the people that are in attendance felt dishonest. The clap track is awful. Several in the chat were talking of this. I don't understand why you feel the need to do this Tony Robbins. I wanted to send my son to the Fiji trip but trust is an issue and that's a lot of money for me. 'll be investing in my son. a lot of reviews talk about the constant selling/upselling... here's the thing a true healer a true helper doesn't tell you you need to keep spending or you have come back over and over. Why? Ive followed you when you were authentic, there is no need.... You talk about giving you dont nerd to dupe or split hairs, not only that but you're compliment compromising your steps Integrity why would you do that?
You can still make millions and help you have succeeded, your rep is stellar... I would hate to see all your rep change to that of car salesman.

I can't believe these people spam people with emails and get away with it. I have received literarlly tens of emails advertising their B. S. (5 emails today) and I have never subscribed to their email SPAM. I have sent numerous requests to unsubcribe and I have been ignored, there is not even a phone number to contact them. the phone on the internet is disconnected.

What a scam and I'd go as far as to say…

What a scam and I'd go as far as to say cult.

I signed up to their 'master' coaching plan which cost me around £14k.. I jumped in with enthusiasm as was promised so much. When I signed up I asked could I get testimony or someone who had been through the programme successfully and guess what there wasn't anyone I was told they were in the process of asking their previous clients to leave testimonials and so far ppl hadn't. Hmm I should of used my senses then but at this point I was being brainwashed

Anyway i decided to go with it. A few month's in I could start to see indoctrinated behaviours, do this and this will happen. Invest in this and this will happen. What BS, so I cancelled the remaining sessions and got a partial refund after a A LOT of shouting they don't make it easy, which I wasn't happy about but at least I got something back. So you can imagine my surprise when my card was debited a few days ago for $999 something I had never authorised. Turns out they had set my card up on a reoccurring membership lol they are an absolute joke. Beware Tony Robins claims to care, be a god fearing person but yet scams ppl like this, which triggers lots of questions for me. I wish I had read a review like this before I wasted £1000s

What an absolute dream crusher!!!

I have just come off the ‘taster coaching session’ and I must say that I came away shocked, deflated & unheard. Anyway... he spoke over me constantly, didn't listen to me, used language that is not ‘normal’, made me feel like I’m a waste of space. He hadn't read all the junk I spent ages filling in prior to the call.. which was a waste of my time.
It was probably the worst sales call/coaching call I’ve ever had. He said he was a coach.
I am a coach and I was hoping to engage a coach for direction, clarity, and getting to the next level on pricing.

He said “ I know a guy who is a coach for 20 - 24 years and he’s said the market for coaches is so saturated. There is a coach on every corner.”

Saying that to an excited coach who just wants to make her dream happen and help clients is utterly disgraceful.
What an absolute dream crusher!!!

Had I not already had good success with my other company, which is thriving in a saturated market... I’d have probably reconsidered or quit coaching. Having heard that from someone who is meant to represent a top of the game coach - Tony Robbins! Someone impressionable could take that seriously and ruin their dreams. This guy makes a Tony Robbins course or coaching feel scammy and uninspiring. I thought he was meant to represent going for your dreams!

Hire a Tony Robbins Coach and you'll be inspired to throw your dreams in the bin! I will never engage in any Tony's material again.

ROI on coaching is out of this world!

When I started working with my coach I thought of it as a big expense.

Every year I've increased the payback on my investment. I'm still working for others and I've received pay raises, bonuses, and promotions as a direct result of her input.

I view my coach as an essential resource for an extraordinary life

Honestly had very high hopes to get as much out of this as possible. I was told I had to pay more because I was getting a coach with an MBA that could help me with my business. Day one I was told my the coach he was not a consultant and would not be providing information on helping my business. He was for accountability only. It was like I was in the 5th grade, he would ask what do you want to be accountable for on our next call. I would ask for direction and he would say that's not what I do. The entire service was misrepresented and a waste of money. The previous review was spot on: "There is a reason there are so many one star reviews! Love Tony, but everything else around Tony is dysfunctional or nonexistent." Could not agree more. You will soon see a response saying we are sorry for your experience, but not offering to fix anything.

DOING THE RIGHT THING ISNT ALWAYS EASY BUT WE TRY

Thanks for your response and to be clear, Kaylie, I did say right from the start it was my Daughter who enrolled in your event. The funds however came from my account, so no doubt it was In The name of Fischer and Flynn, so I do understand your confusion and hopefully you understand, that I will give my life for the life of my child so they never have to suffer.

I haven't actually received the refund as yet but I would like to say I appreciate that you have returned the money.

I would also like you to know my Daughter is over the moon, she is currently studying an online course, to become a Mental Health First Aider, Her name is Shaura and she loves to learn even though she has her own mental health struggles, she works hard and loves to help others, she can now buy all the Art and Craft supplies she needs for her course plus some :)

The YOUTH I support all struggle in today's world with little hope for a brighter future, but my Organisation is an out reach program that support in any way we can the Youths on the ground.

So again THANK YOU for showing us all that if a mistake is made, we can make it right, we can always chose to do right, even when we did wrong especially in our youth and that in itself is a GREAT lesson to teach.
