Tony Roma's Benidorm

Tony Roma's Benidorm, The food was as expected 1st class, the staff not so good, very slow and seamed not interested in the customer after our main course we waited 40mins then we had to call someone over for the desert menu eventhough their was only a handful of people in the restaurant he brought 1 menu for 5 of us.there are so meny other good restaurants in Benidorm We will not be going back to Tony Roma's, such a shame great food let down by the staff

Terrible customer service

Bought a gift card for my son on the website as he is far from home have done it many times this time he received a gift card for another restaurant in another country and I've rang and emailed and messaged them no response absolutely devastating and a disgrace for a good customer
