cannot falter this company, had a faulty jardinière contacted a very pleasant lady,the curtain replaced in 24 hrs that's service that's why this company deserve 5 star.i definitely will trade again.

Not happy, ordered duck egg blue linen curtains and received silver crushed velvet curtains which are awful. I asked for a returns label which they said they would post out to me on 24th May which I still haven’t received a week later, emailed them again for a returns label to be posted to me on 30th May.

Curtains have arrived, really pleased with them they look really good quality, looking forward to putting them up

I purchased some curtains, delivery was very fast, but I was sent the wrong colour.
I called up and spoke to Ellie who quickly rectified this by arranging for the correct curtains to be sent out and for the courier to pick up the incorrect ones. Things go wrong sometimes but it's about how mistakes are dealt with which speaks volumes about a company, the customer service was excellent. The curtains were lovely too! Prices very reasonable, would definitely buy from Tony's Textiles again 👍

Two weeks ago I ordered net curtains. They were in stock and was told that they would be despatched soon. That was two weeks ago and after emailing them several times over the past couple of days, I’ve heard nothing. I know they have taken payment as I’ve had my visa bill. Angry is an understatement.

Used these a few times, made a large order for a house move, received part order, contacted customer service and Daisy got my order chased up and dispatched within an hour of replying! Products are brilliant quality for the price! Highly recommend

Deeply disappointed. I've ordered a blanket. Received my order nearly 1 month later, totally different colour of the blanket.
I've made a complaint. Waiting for the answer and for the solution to the problem.

Ordered 31st, dispatched 1st April with tracking#, received on Tue 6th in Northern Ireland.
3 big sets of curtains so that's a speedy enough delivery with current climate,
All the items were of great quality for a cheap price, better than I even thought they would be.

After paying for a product with no delivery months later, I decided to email the company to find out about the product (with understanding about the current crisis) and I received no reply!!!! It states on the website that contact is available within a short period of time for queries/complaints and I’m still waiting four days later for any answer. This website is a con !!!! AVOID
