Goods never arrived after the 4 week stated lead time. Ignored my communications thereafter. Refund only issued after review left on this site.

I'm very happy with the Roca In-Wash Inspira In-Tank Floorstanding Back-To-Wall toilet #A803095001 system bought through t00aleta which gave me the best price that I could find, delivered to UK without problem been soundly packaged on half-pallet by manufacturer.

We purchased the maro bidet almost two years ago and love it. Had a warranty issue recently that was promptly resolved, thank you!!

I ordered 2 high end Toto toilets that were shipped internationally.
Everything went smoothly, their sales person was friendly and helpful and dealt with the minor issues that arose in a timely manner.
I'm very happy with the products and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

There was a problem with the delivery of the unit it was broken,I got in contact with the supplier and they arranged for a replacement straight away.

This is my second bidet attachment as the first one had come to the end of its life. It was installed in 2020 and lasted a good 4 years which in my opinion is good value. I got the upgraded ch21 model which was an easy switch over on installation as my plumber had previously set up my pipe work correctly.

My experience similar (negative) to other recent reviewers. Efficient and easy order process. Goods did not arrive (spare parts for Toto toilet maintenance). Now automated emails thanking me for "reaching out" and that someone would be in touch within 24 hours. No contact. Repeated that email attempt with same result, and all the listed phone numbers are not working.

BE WARNED From being very helpful when I placed the order to complete silence now I need delivery. Phone lines down, non responsive to online messaging, and no response to emails. Have instigate refund via my credit card company.

Avoid!!! We bought a Maro D’Italia FP104 toilet seat from Tooaleta in mid May. It arrived (after us having to chase for delivery information) and when we installed it there were missing parts (2 small nozzles that we can’t use the bidet part of the seat without). My partner contacted Tooaleta on 7th June and was told these would be sent via FedEx the next day…having not received these we chased 2 weeks later…we are still waiting on a response and the missing parts. I have tried to contact them again today using all four of the phone numbers on their website (inc the 2 non UK numbers) and all of them are ‘incorrect’. Really disappointed as we now have a bidet toilet seat where the bidet option doesn’t work.

We've ordered 3 GROHE Sensia Arena 2.0. Payed 5151.29 euro 2.5 month ago and... didn't get them.
There were a lot of messages that one of the toilets is broken, that they need time to make export declaration, then they told that delivery company cannot send to the private person, and now they do not answer for more then 2 weeks. All the phone numbers are silent. Web chat is silent. Email is silent too. They are scammers!

Ordered Toto RG Lite with Toto MH pan close coupled at a cost of £2008.
Online chat service was prompt and smooth. Didn't receive confirmation email with order number etc so used online chat again to request one. Suddenly the online chat was unresponsive. Over the days that followed I sent several emails with no response, tried the online chat several times with no response and tried both phone numbers, neither of which even rung.
Eventually requested a refund and hey presto, they responded in minutes, promising delivery, it was ready to be despatched and was I sure I wanted a refund.
I insisted on the refund. That was a fortnight ago, no refund has been issued and again they aren't replying to any correspondence.
Undoubtedly the worst company I've had the misfortune to encounter, if it even is a company.

The toilet seat is excellent and is one of the best buys I have done. It's of good quality and seems study and well made and it definitely works very well. Ordering from the company was straightforward and the product arrived within two weeks from Europe. The only thing I'm slightly disappointed about is the seat is slightly smaller than the toilet in some areas as the shape is not exactly the same as the toilet itself despite all measurements were correct.

Very nice toilet, looks great in our new bathroom. Once we got the hang of it we are enjoying using it!

Last year we bought and paid for delivery of a neomaster from this company. Short version: they couldn't deliver on time regardless of promises, lots of excuses why they couldn't deliver. I wrote asking for a refund after several weeks went passed of empty promises. They told me so many lies about the refund including that it had been issued on a certain date but wouldn't show in our account for 2 days. I checked each day for 3 weeks and no refund was issued. All lines of communication went silent. I ever wrote to the owner of the company who didn't have the decency to respond. So, I'm £6100 out of pocket with no Neomaster!! I have since found out from TOTO that they are not a registered supplier of TOTO products but, they buy them from another company in Scandinavia. My advice, don't touch them with a barge pole!!

Having made our purchase, we had a number of questions with regards to delivery and then installation.

On each occasion, communication was impressively fast and our questions answered, Day and night!

Upon receiving the product. It was packaged well and genuinely exceeded our expectations in regards to quality. Delivery time was perfectly acceptable and we were provided tracking information to make delivery a little more organised.

We will certainly be making further purchases in the future. Thanks to you all for your amazing help and support.

I paid 5300 euro for 3 Vitra V-Care Prime Rim-Ex Smart Wall Hung Shower toilet 7231B403-6216. İt has been 105 days since my order and no sign from them. Phone numbers on site are not reachable. Totally a scam website.

Soon I will release all the evidence on tooaleta.net. My lawyers also got an action and submit a file to German trade department.
