We've ordered 3 GROHE Sensia Arena 2.0. Payed 5151.29 euro 2.5 month ago and... didn't get them.
There were a lot of messages, that one of the toilets is broken, that they need time to make export declaration, then they told that delivery company cannot send to the private person, and now they do not answer for more then 2 weeks. All the phone numbers are silent. Web chat is silent. Email is silent too. They are scammers!
I paid 5300 euro for 3 Vitra V-Care Prime Rim-Ex Smart Wall Hung Shower toilet 7231B403-6216. İt has been 105 days since my order and no sign from them. Phone numbers on site are not reachable. Totally a scam website.
Soon I will release all the evidence on tooaleta.net. My lawyers also got an action and submit a file to German trade department.
