Had a great experience and they were able to answer all of my questions and were super friendly!

Slow response to emails. Have chased several times for ongoing confusion and unauthorised direct debits. Toob have admitted the mistake, but have failed to refund the last bill despite several calls and emails.

Renewal time!
I thought it would be a painful experience, got a great deal when I asked about new customer offers.
Service is great, had no issues for the past 2 years. Speak to them before you end a contract

Charlie was very helpful and explained why we couldn't get the 2300mbps deal being offered online. Went into detail in what she could offer us as a valued customer and was very happy with the bill credit she gave me for staying g with Toob.

After the major service outage during the England Norway game last night, it does prompt the question as to whether these smaller providers have the infrastructure to cope with high demand on their systems? Not quitting quite yet as generally service fairly reliable. Last night was frustrating though.

Watching the England v Norway match and missed both first half goals because TOOB network crashed. Nothing on their website or all across social media to reassure customers. I thought it was just my connection so I spent ages unplugging and rebooting only to find it was a national issue. No apologies to customers the following day. No emails saying sorry. I've spent all morning trying to contact Customer Services. I couldn't even access my online account because they insist on texting you a code to log on and despite numerous requests they failed to text one. There is NO WAY I will be renewing my subscription after this farce - doesn't matter what price they offer. Crashing during an England World Cup game?? Avoid!!!!

I've just had Toob broadband installed at my house.
The Installer arrived early in the timeslot, was polite and competent.
The installation was complete and up and running in short time.
The Installer advised how to set up my internet security cameras quickly, and this worked very well. 10 out of 10 for the Installer.
Toob arranged the switch off of my previous broadband, which took place approximately 30 minutes after the Toob Installer left my house.
So far, 10 out of 10 for Toob.

Internet drops often, customer care not available 24/7. When I moved my computer to the next room, it just doesn't connect anymore to the internet and they said it's a computer issue but clearly it's not when it worked in the room m where the router is. We missed 2 goals during the England v/s Norway match cos of internet went off., reading reviews here seems like it was not just an issue in my house but with the provider. Could not even get in touch with them when it happened.

Repeatedly dropping in the last few weeks since joining, and then down during the biggest England game of the World Cup so far. Appalling. Someone needs to contact me about leaving my contract fee-free because I do not want to stay with you

I wouldn't recommend Toob. Poor coverage in my house (less good than non fibre). My broadband crashed for 30-40 minutes during the England-Norway game tonight, so we missed two goals. It is also very difficult to contact Toob to complain/report things: their online form won't submit tonight and their chatbot lines are (rightly) closed, but they don't provide anything like a complaint email address. Avoid, we'll be changing when our contract is up.

We just join toob and from day 1 there are problems... speed reedings show 650mb over lan connection (not the wireless) but we pay for 900, after waiting over 30 min we couldnt get help from twchnical suppoert , instead toob person logged complain case... today we are experiencing outage, but we cant report it as all lines are off and chat, account login dont work... honest opinion about toob - technical support 2/10, reliability 1/10, resolving issues 1/10. Avoid if you can.

When it works the internet connection is fast. But I have found the connection to be unstable with frequent loss of service.
Interestingly, Toob was quicker at responding to this review (on a Sunday) than to the support ticket and complaint I submitted through their official channels before posting this review. Guess that says a lot about what they care about...

Really awful and to top it off it's not working at all this evening, right bang in the middle of England v Norway. It's been half hour now at least. We have done all the usual things. It's just toob being unable to fulfill a service!

Watching the football, quarter final, on my phone as once again TOOB has stopped working! Honestly this outfit is the most shocking provider I’ve experienced. Cancelled DD as refuse to pay for this incompetence any more, I know, the contract will state they don’t guarantee service and my credit score will take a hit because I’m unwilling to pay £25 for a service that is much use as a chocolate t pot, but on principle I’m not paying anymore.

When they first launched TOOB were excellent since renewing they are RUBBISH I can’t work from home anymore because of the unreliable connection and then they BS about its not their problem but a partner problem or issue. They have clearly NOT resourced their expansion correctly to ensure a basic and sustainable connection They have chased the money and left the customers in the dark

Since the beginning of the WiFi contract it has been going up and down every time. No solution so far for a little over a year. No one can solve it, and it is very difficult to get in touch with anyone. For 2 Saturdays now the internet has been completely down and it doesn't come back on until after a while. Restarted the router, unplugged it, nothing. Very poor at communication and problem solving.
