Very disappointed when I ordered my…

Very disappointed when I ordered my parts my first time to order online with this company parts should have arrived in 2 weeks but it’s been 3 months now nothing dont have the parts contacted canpar no answer contact the store said parts is lost wierd ask for refund told me need to resolve with canpar this will take another month is this company is legit or something behind it? Need help how do I get back my money if store dont give me? If store will say we need more time to resolve with the shipping company like making you wait and wait please help if anyone have same problem as I have. I have bad experience with this store contacting them several time tell me wait and more waiting.

Bought the ISR performance race exhaust…

Bought the ISR performance race exhaust for my 2014 genesis coupe 2.0T. great exhaust fitment is a bit too big but nonetheless a great system. However took almost 2 months to arrive. Should call yourself too slow auto with that kind of service 👍. If u can, order it somewhere else.

Bate and Switch - Careful - dont order here

I ordered a Jeep roof rack, the image on the item showed the entire roof rack and the price was just less than others online. I only received box 2 of 2 the top rails. I requested they send box 1 of 2 and they informed me that I had not purchased this box and it would be an additional $600. Why would anyone buy a roof rack only one part, they refused and then informed me that it would be at my cost to send it back and a 30% restocking fee. I have complained to my credit card as this is a blantant "bate and switch" campaign on their website and I wont buy anything more from this company.

Great product crappy wait time.

Great product, it looks awesome. Did think they would be darker like in the photo though. Shipping was very misleading. It took a long time to clear customs and then once in Canada and ship time started, it wasn’t delivered when it said it would be. This took a month to come from time of order.

Charging me $20.00 for order…

Charging me $20.00 for order cancellation is theft
very bad service. On there website it is mention delivery 3 to 9 days option but it can take up to 3 weeks before shipping that ridiculous. When I realize the situation I cancel my order, I had to write 3 times and call twice before I received an answer. First and last time I deal with this store.

I ordered $550 worth of goods on August…

I ordered $550 worth of goods on August 5th. It’s now the 12th and I haven’t even received a tracking # which is pretty slow considering that shipping said it would be here within 9 business days. Had I known I would’ve spent the extra $20 difference and ordered from Amazon.

Customer Service is Nails.

Man I’ve been having a terrible experience battling with customer service with a different company. At the same time I had ordered a pair of wheel spacers from TooFast and I expected the same terrible experience with customer service when I went to cancel my order. It was the exact opposite. Only a couple of emails and the money was instantly refunded. It opened my eyes to how simple yet useful customer service can be. Thank you my friends.

Website said in stock ready to ship???not the case

Almost been two weeks the item said in stock on the website guaranteed shipping n delivery within 3 to 9 days, I have yet to hear anything about an item even being shipped or let alone a tracking number and it’s been almost 2 weeks, Have probably tried contacting the store at least six or seven times only with one reply three days after saying they look into my order, Still no actual update or anything they just mentioned it said it was In stock in United States?

Horrible customer service

I placed an order and was fully charged for it but when I email the company to check on my order all I receive is radio silence. It’s a disappointing experience trying to support a Canadian part supplier and all they can do is take my money and not fulfill my order. Won’t be buying from here again.
