Check the size

When advertised it was this big box that folded out and nearly filled the table. What was delivered wast a box around A4 size so no where near the same . But the Gonks where nice

Avoid Fake advertising

It took ages for my parcel to arrive and silly me got duped as the advertised items on facebook were for Laura Geller products which were promised, alas poor imitations arrived weeks later, nothing like the ones that were promised which were Laura Geller make up.I wouldn’t bother with a refund because you’ve to pay for them to get shipped to China. I think this type of miss selling is typical of a company like this and they continue to rip people off by conning people with their fake advertising I was led to believe it was an British company had I’d know I wouldn’t have bothered Avoid avoid avoid dreadful quality and not the same products as advertised.

Not impressed at all my parcel was lost over a week ago I have proof of this
I requested a refund which seems to be asking for the impossible 🤔 customer service are useless. I have turned my issue over to trading standards 🙃 avoid at all costs

Stay clear

Turned up late, tried to return as it wasn't suitable and they took ages to respond and when they did replied by offering £18 instead of the £42 and they also said it was expensive to return due to the place is overseas and it was at our expense to send back

I ordered an outfit

I ordered an outfit, which took an age to arrive, when it did the item of clothing was unsuitable, sent email as it states to find out how to return the item, I sent three altogether no response. My last email I got replies saying we have responded but actually responded with nothing. Now stuck with an outfit that's unsuitable and having to pay for. I will never order from this site ever again. So to anyone thinking about it, I'd stay well clear.

AVOID

Ordered from what I thought was a uk company. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Poor quality and I have tried countless times to email , messenger them etc they actually blocked me!! No means to return despite me pleading for a refund and return address. Sent me a support email in Chinese!! Absolutely sham I have started a claim on PayPal to try and retrieve my hard earned cash back. Would give 0 if I could. Oh and on the same day of purchase I ordered a couple of dresses from another company called Alively weirdly both items received in the same parcel!! The dresses weren’t suitable either and have had exactly the same trouble trying to return for a refund there too. They actually emailed me and asked me to close the dispute with PayPal and then they would refund me erm….. absolutely not. AVOID.

If I could give 0 I would.
Quick enough to take payment, took almost 6 weeks to arrive and even after a week of daily emails still not able to return the items.
Avoid this company like the plague 😡

Absolutely awful

Terrible Customer Service

Received item, it was not the same colour as advertised on their website. I sent them an email asking how to return and they have completely ignored me. You can't return an item unless they give you an address which can only be done via email in which they ignore. Terrible customer service!! Avoid this company at all costs.

Polygels an absolute waste of money...

We bought some polygel kits from this place and they were absolutely terrible. Wouldn't cure under the LED lamp. I had to chuck them in the bin. Absolute waste of money and huge mess!

Just dont

I don't even remember asking for the item I received. I don't recall the order not cos am drinking and making orders left right and centre. I bought apparently a 2 piece shorts and top. The top was different from picture and too big even though I apparently ordered a medium and it was so big. Ordered refund on a purchase of £22.99 and asked if okay in an email when requesting to send it back if I would accept £12. Anyone else had this experience......shifty
