Just received one sneeboar plating trowel old duch style. I brought this for my wife and she thinks it great. This trowel is well made going to well treasure. Big thank you tinker and fix. Came well packaged and a prompt delivery

Always read the reviews before purchasing! I didn’t this time as I was in a rush. Item showing in stock on their website, order placed, money taken immediately. I contacted the company a few days later via Facebook and was assured everything was okay with the order. Delivery date passed, I phoned, the item was not in stock. No forecast for delivery. Refund requested and that was processed quickly. Can’t recommend on this performance and wouldn’t use again.

Ordered in 5th May still not received item , been trying to ring company but getting nothing, avoid at all cost . SCAM take your money but never receive goods

A Stabila 18238 LT30 Telescopic Laser Pole, and some silicone spray were showing as in stock. I needed them quite quickly so on the 4th May I placed the order.
I paid by credit card and the money was taken through World Pay. I received a receipt from Tool and Fix and Transaction confirmation from World Pay.
I haven't received the items or notification of when I'll receive them. I've contacted the company using their form but not received a reply.
I've checked out their reviews and am concerned.
I'm not prepared to wait weeks, so if the items don't arrive I've planned a visit to my bank tomorrow to request a credit card refund.

Good price on two Sealey cabinets and fast delivery. But both were damaged in transit and all emails to Tool and Fix have been ignored. So returned them both at my own expense and still waiting for a refund.

As well as Tool and Fix Online Ltd they also trade as Tool Supplies UK Ltd and Top Tools Direct. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews and ordered an item from them, no confirmation, paperwork etc. they just instantly took my money via WordPay. The item never turned up, difficult to get in touch with them, appeared totally confused when I eventually did. Requested a refund which did eventually turn up after again total confusion at their end. There are so many other similar companies out there that provide a first class online service, use them instead of this unprofessional lot.

After 10 days my order still hadn’t been shipped out and customer service was yet to respond to an email asking what was happening with it.

Placed an online order on Sunday, it's now Friday and the order hasn't even shipped yet. Received no communication from the company whatsoever except an automated order confirmation and no response to emails. Don't be fooled by low prices.

Ordered 2 Sealey storage cases which arrived within a week but had to enquire about when I would receive them. So pleased with them I ordered another 2 which arrived within 6 days. All arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. No complaints from me. Communication could be a bit better.

Sent me a faulty item. I could have immediately sent back without notifying them of the fault, however being a decent human I emailed them immediately. They requested pictures to send of the the manufacturer (should have been my first warning sign really) I advised the fault can't be seen until item in use, but I could take a video. It has now been almost two weeks since that initial email and despite numerous attempts at contacting them, I have been completely ignored. I can only assume they think I'll give up but with the amount of money I've spent, plus the general appalling behaviour means I will not give up until the god awful company refund me in full.

10 days after ordering I decided to email this company to chase up my order. Nothing.

Finally I got in touch through their Facebook page and got an instant response, on a SUNDAY

I was told this would be followed up on Monday, which it was.

I was fully informed at this point that my order had not been shipped due to the order not being complete.

I have ammended my rating here due to the outstanding customer service I have received since I escalated my complaint.

I would urge this company to try and understand that to get good ratings from customers who buy online COMMUNICATION is paramount.

Unbelievable bargain. 66% off list price. Arrived faster than predicted, even came with a free toy for the toddler (big cardboard box).

8 days later, still no dispatch email, if you buy here at least use paypal for buyer protection

Ordered parts of twinslot shelving system last week, called to see rough delivery dates, guy checked said it's out for delivery today, sure enough it came a few hours later, great quality, really heavy duty, everything ordered was in the delivery and was packaged well, will defo use again, cheers.

Like most, I didn't read the reviews in advance but wish that I had.

This company has:
Issued what appears to be a dispatch note but in fact it is not. No tracking info despite what was claimed.
Packed goods poorly for transport.
Not used a tracked service (as evident on receipt of goods).
Supplied used and damaged parts and insisted they were new.
Not responded to e-mail until prompted to do so by a third party on Facebook of all things.
Claimed that their supplier does not "usually" send used goods.
Provided a phone contact number that doesn't allow messages or live calls.
Eventually agreed to replace part of a consignment and then done nothing.
Not asked for a review even though they say they do on Trustpilot.

In my judgement, keep well away.

UPDATE:
Within two hours of posting, Trustpilot e-mailed to say that Toolandfix think I have the wrong domain. I could either accept (don't know what happens) or refuse (which I did) resulting in an unchanged review. Clearly somebody at Toolandfix/Tool Supplies UK had flagged the review.

Also had a call within two hours to my mobile phone from Tool Supplies UK to ask what could be done to put things right. Long story short: nothing; it's too late for that. I suggested they could partially refund against the part of the order that was defective, which they did while I was still on the phone to them.

What a shame that it took this review to get a proper response. It could have been avoided if they just focused on doing the right thing all along.

I'll still not use them again though.

Extremely pleased with the service and price for products.
Brought a Stanley Electric Stapler and wow Tool and Fix was the cheapest place around for the model I wanted, it arrived securely packaged and works like a dream.
Will use again and while people can leave negative reviews I for one will be recommending friends and family to use Tool and Fix

Was concerned by reviews but risked it as the price for tool cabinet was very competitive . As I am disabled I am not overly well off, SO placed order a week ago arrived safe and sound no damage, I messaged to say I wanted it urgently and I think a week under current circumstances is very acceptable. So I will say my experience of this company is very good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
I ordered an item online from Tool and Fix, I was charged through my bank under "toptoolsdirect". I received no order confirmation, and the item didn't arrive. When I emailed the company regarding my missing order I received an email back from someone at "toolsuppliesuk". Obviously these 3 companies are all the same scam. Do not trust and I will now report to trading standards and raise a dispute with my bank to recover the money.

Please avoid this company do not waste your time, this company show stock of an item that they don't have that is not acceptable at all. They should be shut down by trading standarts,how this company can get away with this i do not know.I was waiting for my order 2 weeks so i send them a email regards my order ,and guess what they reply to me saying we're currently showing zero stock with no date for more at the moment.So i cancel my order and i think I'm gonna contact my bank to resolve the issue because after reading reviews i dont think i will get refund from them.Complete scam and total waste of time take my advise AVOID this company.

Terrible company to deal with. No phones are answered, emails ignored, don’t waste your time because you will be spending a lot of it trying to get your goods or money back!
