I absolutely love this company. We had a job that we were doing and needed an inspection camera in 4 days. They told me that it would be really tuff but they would see what they could do. I got the camera in 3 days and they let me know as soon as it left their warehouse. You guys really understand customer service over there. I would highly recommend you to anyone I know.

My husband was enroute from Louisiana to Maryland to do insurance claims adjusting and asked me to have shingle gauges mailed to him. At that time, we had no idea what area he would be assigned to, all we knew was, he needed to be at that specific hotel on Saturday or Sunday for a company orientation with several hundred other adjusters. I was concerned to order these items online because I wanted to make sure my husband got them, so I decided to call Tool Experts direct and I’m glad I did! Justin was so helpful and very courteous. Being this was on a Thursday, late afternoon, it would have been easy for him to just wait until the following day to put it in the mail, but instead he went above and beyond and assured me that he’d personally bring my order into the post office that day to make sure it got there on time. Guess what? It arrived right on time, addressed properly to make sure my husband was the one to receive the order!! Thank you Justin and Tool Experts for the outstanding service you provided!

I was torn between a 4 star and 5 star rating. I liked that the sellsman talked me out of what I was going to buy but sold me a meter that was cheeper and better suited for what I needed it for. The problem is I lost my balance and broke the tips off the meter. But that was my falt and I need to order a new external probe for the meter.

Very easy to find what you are looking for with their catalog, great at letting the customer know where there order stands by emails, fast delivery time, just a very professional company, I will continue to use Tool Experts for all my needs.
