Was skeptics , but shouldn’t have been . It arrived sooner that expected and was exactly what I needed

Ordered placed for an 11 piece makita set on the 2/11/25 along with a free screwdriver set if ordered before midnight
Delivery received on the 4/11/25 by DPD very good so far.
However no free screwdriver set and only 3 batteries not 4 as advertised which I had screenshot and sent to customer services.
After several emails and phone calls from myself to Tools4Trade finally I received a voicemail and email which explained that I would be receiving the outstanding item.
Still nothing as of today 10/11/25
Such a total lack of customer support.
Seems to be once your money has been taken your forgotten and Tools4Trade move on

Needed the mitre saw next day to complete a job. Ordered at 11:00 Tuesday and it arrived 11:30 Wednesday as promised.
The saw is incredibly accurate and the folding stand is the perfect add on to go with the saw.
Price was the cheapest on the internet will definitely be using tools4trade in the future.

Bought a large toolbox to the value of £850 so not chump change. they then asked if I had a forklift to unload. Would not provide a tail lift delivery service and expected me to sort the problem. Unless you own a forklift don't waste your time ordering large items from this company ! They had zero interest in resolving it and just said we can't deliver it.

Unprofessional customer service. We've been waiting and chase them for a month for a refund while we've done our part, when comes to their part no one care. I would never order from them anymore, to much hustle, no worth. Buy from makita or other known brand, not fron this one.

Returned faulty item in original box and was told I would be given a refund. The company then decided to withhold £20 as the original box was taped up with brown tape rather than clear and that it hadn’t been repacked perfectly. I argued the case but they would not budge. They might offer products at a good price but be very careful.

Dewalt tool delivered on time and package well. First time I bought a tool from them with no issues

Company is very quick on processing orders and usually next day delivery. Very impressed.

Purchased a holdall to keep the straight edge parts for my makita saw. The delivery company were supposed to deliver it the next day, however I got a message from them saying they weren’t able to access the block of flats although there is a buzzer button outside the block that enables all tradesmen to enter the premises.
There wasn’t a card left saying they had called, so I arranged for them to come on the following Monday.
Monday came and went but still no delivery, I contacted tools4trade and was told by Tyler that the delivery driver couldn’t gain access (again) eventually I telephoned Tyler at tools4trades and requested a full refund, which he said will be done.
I then received an email notification informing me that my refund had been made, I went into my online banking and noticed that the full amount had not been given to me but that tools4trades had deducted the costs of the delivery even though I actually never got my delivery owing to tools4trades choice of delivery companies.

Good price. Item was delivered within 2 days. Only give 4 stars because the drill was faulty, but was replaced for a new 1 straight away!

Tool4Trade did have a 22mm spring for my pipe bender (unlike others) at a good price. I got a message on my DPD App saying that Toos4Trade had received my order - and I got to see an image of a load of cardboard boxes against a wall! Armed only with that information, I drove to the T4T site and, sure enough, the assistant behind the counter was able to retrieve my order without any problem at all - which was a relief. I would give 5 stars if I had received an SMS text message or email from Tools4Trade themselves saying my order had been picked out from that pile and was ready for collection though.

Only received half the order even though I paid for next day delivery. Rang them to ask about the order the guy was very rude on the phone. If you order something i.e a track saw with rails apparently dpd wont deliver the rails at same time as the saw, as the rails are to long and have to go in another van. The rails are only 1.5 metres who knew

Good product range well priced and speedy det

The concrete mixer has nearly done the job. Had a problem with the drum seal with it leaking before fitting motor but put large washers on the bolts which improved it. The mixer does a large load but is back heavy and is not easy for one person operation with the tipping wheel overall a good buy so far

Bought a refurbished mitre saw, saw was not in working condition. Customer service on What’s app was hard work. Had to ask for courier label. Got reimbursed after ca. 1 week.
