I ordered a workbench through B & Q. Delivery was very quick, unfortunatly the item was in two boxes and only one was delivered, after contacting Toolsave Ltd, the missing baox was delivered withinn 24hrs - even with this mishap, the delivery via DPD was very fast.
The hardwood workbench is excellent for use in a home workshop, but I would not consider it for heavy commercial use.
The model I purchased has two strong and useful drawers. Mine now holds woodworking chisels and Dremel tools.
This is an excellent unit for doing everything from model making, to DIY jobs needed for the house.

Bought a nail gun off amazon ,thinking it was amazon sales,used it 4 times bearing in mind only home DIY,then it broke,it didn't even last ,only after warranty was up,convenient, had a back and forth with both customer services, them and amazon,tool save charge for repair so that's more money in there pocket for a substandard product, cause it will probably break again, dont know why when you can see how many bad reviews they have had that they wouldntcwant to help customer more,seems as itsxa so called family run buisness

We are sorry you feel this way. We can confirm that you had contacted us on Amazon, way over the 1 year return period for a warranty repair. We feel a 1 star review isn't reflective of the service we had provided for you, after you demanding a refund for the item, without returning it.
There are number of factors that can contribute to a failed nail gun, not just with our brand, but with just about every other branded nail gun out there.
We did of course advise that you are able to return the item for inspection, and depending on what the issue is, MAY be chargeable. Please consider that we were willing to organise a repair for free at that point of contact, whilst you were demanding a full refund.
As you may be aware at the point of sale the item was not faulty, nor was this reported faulty within 30 days of purchase, or even within the 1 year warranty period.
We hope you can work with us to get this nail gun in working order again

Second time I've used Toolsave
Just bought my second item from Toolsave. Both times delivery was next day by DPD which is great. The items were the 2 in 1 bobbin sander OBS500, this is excellent at removing material both as a splindle and flat surface. the 2nd item was a workshop vacuum BDE1100 50L. The air pull on this device is brilliant, but be careful you will need to secure it to anything or it will start to move around a lot. So Toolsave delivers quickly and on time, I would recommend both devices ideal for the home workshop.

Faulty equipment and terrible customer support.
I bought a Lumberjack planer from Toolsave but it was broken when it arrived. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until I set it up 2 months later as I didn't have the space before then. Toolsave charged me £10 for a replacement drive belt but this didn't fix the issue. I sent them videos of the machine running and they said it was fine, I had to point out to them that there was a bit clearly broken on the video and they then admitted the fault and told me to return it (which cost me £30).
According to their returns policy as I understand it, they should have sent me a replacement or refund but they didn't instead attempting to repair the faulty one and return it to me. Unfortunately whilst trying to fix the fault they managed to break another part, blunt both the blades and badly scratch the top surface of the jointer.
I complained again and they told me to return the planer which would cost another £30 plus £40 as they or the courier had damaged the box beyond repair and I would have to buy another box and bubble wrap to ship it.
Their customer support has been dismissive and generally inept. I've been trying to get this sorted for over 5 months, but they have refused to provide any assistance in returning the machine and constantly take days to reply to emails.
I would recommend anyone wanting a thicknesser/planer to try a different brand than Lumberjack, given the numerous 1-star reviews on Amazon (currently 21%) and my experience of the companies attitude towards its customers.

Sorry you have been having issues with your item and service.
After reviewing your order history, we can confirm that you received your item in January 2025. Five months later, you contacted us to advise that a consumable belt had broken, and we promptly assisted you in ordering a replacement.
Approximately three weeks after receiving the replacement belt, you contacted us again regarding a similar issue. At that point, our technical team requested videos and worked with you on several occasions to identify whether there was a fault. After a week of troubleshooting, we initiated a return-to-base warranty repair. In our communication, we explained that any replacement would be at the discretion of our technical/repair team.
We provided you with return details on 4th July, and your machine was returned to you on 11th July in suitable and secure packaging. You later reported blade wear and a broken part, in which we promptly offered to collect your machine free of charge, providing it could be safely packaged as our courier service cannot collect an unboxed item.
As a small, family-run business, we do our best to attend to customers as quickly and thoroughly as possible. While larger brands may not always offer this level of personal service, we pride ourselves on doing so. Please also note that while we sell through multiple platforms, including Amazon and eBay, Amazon reviews only represent a portion of our customer experiences.
We still hope to get this resolved for you so feel free to contact us.

Rip off company!
I bought an electric staple gun from Toolsave with a one year warranty. It worked perfectly until the internal spring broke, so I contacted them to ask for a free return postage slip to either have it repaired or replaced. Toolsave refuse to send one and asked me to send it back and pay the postage myself. It is quite heavy and would nearly cost half as much as it would to buy new! What is the point of a warranty then with Toolsave.
I will now have to buy another staple gun and be out of pocket thanks to Toolsave. Terrible service and if I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Stay well clear. Only commpany I have used who would not send a free return slip, it's under warrenty Toolsave!!!
