Quick service!

After being scammed online before by other sites, I was hesitant to buy from Toolsmandu. But after a helpful conversation, I purchased a software subscription a year ago and received it quickly. I recently bought one year subscription and again got prompt responses and fast delivery. I'm very satisfied with their service. Thank you, Toolsmandu!

Fast and reliable service

There was a small glitch and they fixed it incredibly quickly and efficiently. Perfect.

The support was great. They efficiently guided me through an issue that was not allowing me to take benefit of the subscription. Pretty fast too.

I've been using their Adobe creative cloud service for over 6 months now and I'm extending it to a year. They are quite genuine trustable and they keep me updated. Overall they are good and trusted.

I had a great experience purchasing a Google One subscription from ToolsMandu. The process was smooth, and the service was prompt and reliable. Highly recommended for their professionalism and efficiency!

Worst customer service I have ever come across.

1. They're rude and will insult you.
2. They treat you like you're a scammer.
3. They have absolutely no manners. 4. They bluntly blame you about lieing about issues you're having.
5. They say that customers cannot be trusted regardless of you being a regular or a first time customer. *You can be a regular customer but you are still a scammer if you have any issue at all with the products they sell.*
6. They won't apologize for the mistakes they've made.
7. They have no value for your time and money.
8. They won't apologize for being uncooperative, hurtful and utterly disrespectful the whole time you had issues with the product.
9. They'll tell you to order from WhatsApp instead of making sure orders from their website are delivered well.
10. They are simply so frustrated about having to care for the customers who paid the full price for the product they ordered.
11. I had to give them the password to my personal account to validate my point which is completely unacceptable. Even after that they blamed me and kept insulting me.

P.S. I did get the issue resolved after being insulted by the customer service multiple times within the timeframe.
