Placed an order that said they would ship in 7-14 business days. Found the item at a local hardware store that I could get much sooner. I needed a toilet flush arm and wanted to fix it asap. The price was about the same. Called to find out about canceling the order that was placed that same day and could only leave a message. They never called back. Sent an email and it went unanswered. Never heard from them and they shipped the item. Customer service is horrible. Will never order from them again. Beware!!

Warning: it seems this company doesn’t exist.
I ordered a small tool, paid for it and got a standard confirmation. After that nothing happened. I’ve sent two emails and no response. The ordered tool also didn’t arrive.

I purchased some quality laser and kamasa tools from here along with other stuff which they had in stock ready for me to collect.
Very helpful staff.

If you want to spend your nerves and money, then you are in this store. The quality also leaves much to be desired.

I ordered some brass curtain rings but was sent an incorrect product that was different to the image on the website. I called and was told to return them for a refund which I did. No refund over 5 weeks later and now they don't answer the phone or respond to emails! Definitely a site to avoid.

Beware !!! Passes off cheap Chinese knockoffs of branded products as the real thing. Then lies about it continuing to claim its real when i have the piece of junk he sent me in my hand and its clearly not the genuine article... Look elsewhere if i were you :(
