Terrible company and terrible customer service. Bought a dehumidifier for £600 and it broke down a coupon of weeks out of warranty and they refused to help me at all. Customer service was terrible
Garbage horrible company
This company is a complete joke. The tool I bought was low-quality trash right out of the box with a so called warranty that means nothing.
Clearly, they don’t care about what they’re selling, just slap a price tag on junk and call it a day. Horrible people hiding behind a horrible company that should be shut down!. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. There are better companies out there, this one’s a total scam with zero standards.

It was decided the problem was possibly the battery and they sent me one FOC to try out. It worked a dream and the saw is now fully functioning again. Thank you Toolstream Customer Service.

Initially I had major frustration trying to get in touch w/them for a replacement under warranty...
Eventually after a few days of me freaking out...
And posting a nasty review of them here on Trustpilot...
They responded...
From that point forward they provided the best customer service one could imagine...
My replacement router finally arrived today,
and it fits my router table plate....
I have yet to have time to install it in the table and power it up, but I have no doubt now it will be fine...
I am very pleased with Triton and there customer service now...

Horrible company don't buy anything from them
Purchased a router that broke down after a month. I sent it in to see if the warranty would cover the repairs. They were not able to fix it and said they would send me a new one. After a month I still had not received it and they said I'd have to wait another month. Once again no word from them so I emailed again. They said it would take another month then email me again 2 weeks later and said it would 2 more months. I asked for my money back. They said they would give me an amazon gift card. I said no I want my money back. It took over a month to get my money and numerous emails sayingi dont use amazon i want my money back. Horrible customer service and take forever to respond. Do not buy anything associated with these guys.

Don't waste your time with this company. Terrible customer service. Very slow answering queries. They don't know the difference between Belgium and France administrative processes for commercial activity and don't bother trying to understand. Tried to be a reseller of some of their products I used in my workshop but had to give up.

AVOID this company at all costs
So having bought and used one of their belt sanders a couple times, writing a positive review etc recent events have completely changed my opinion. Upon using the tool for some light work it just stopped working, almost as if the plug socket had been turned off.....
Everything checked out ok and i ended up opening a warranty claim with the tool manufacturer since they were very local to my residential address, thats where the fun started!
1. I rang up and asked if i drop the unit into them for repair, was told yes, upon arrival was told no....
2. No contact made for 10 days, upon me contacting them again i was told they couldnt repair the unit (incompetant technicians) and would send me a replacement within 3-4 days
3. Over a week later, nothing arrived, i contacted them again and was told there was a delay in shipping my replacement and that it was going to be delivered the "next day"
4. 2 days later, no package, so i requested tracking details
5. 2 days later i get a response only to be told they dont actually have any stock to even send me a replacement!
Toolsream in yeovil (particulary "Laura") are completely and utterly useless
AVOID this company at all costs

A terrible company to do business with, my advice is not to bother trading with this company. Many of the tools are made in China without any quality control and in some cases they are actually dangerous. I had to submit an injury claim against them for faulty tools. Basically, it’s cheap Chinese rubbish that in some cases looks like a child’s metal work project! They do supply Triton tools which are good quality but 99% of their stuff is utter rubbish not fit for purpose. I have lost 6 supply contracts due to poor quality so in summary if you value your business or your reputation then stay well clear. Now more than ever we must avoid buying cheap Chinese goods so avoid this company like the plague
Terrible customer service
I have been using Toolstream as a commercial reseller of tools for 3 years.
I am deeply concerned that parcels are increasingly turning up with items included on the picking list, and missing from my parcel.
this leaves me in a very grey area about claiming back the missing goods that I have already paid for.
it is impossible to get a response from the customer service team either on phone or web enquiry
the last missing parcel chase has taken me 6 hours to chase down , still without a response from Toolstream.
the lack of response leaves you feeling like a criminal seeking something you are trying to steal rather than take receipt of goods you have paid for in advance.
make sure you check the contents of your delivery well, but dont hold out much hope of seeking fulfilment of missing items, they will be too busy to respond.

Good Work Silverline for Toolstream
Since writing my review about Toolstream's poor service on Trustpilot, I did get a replacement pump and it works fine.
I have also been contacted by Powerbox, the manufacturer of the Silverline pump. Powerbox appologised for the poor service I received even though it wasn't their fault. They listened to what I had to say and were sincerely concerned. They said they will improve communication so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again. I do think they are genuine and I was most impressed with the chap who contacted me. He has completely changed my mind about the company and I am very happy that they took the trouble to contact me. It shows they care about their customers. Every organisation can slip up now and again. Its how they put things right that counts and in this case Powerbox has done the right thing for Silverline and Toolstream. Thank you.
Customer service is horrible
We have tried for three months to get a triton router repaired . It was used very little and then stopped working and although we knew the warranty would not be good we cannot get anyone to follow through with any action or directions on how to get it repaired . We cannot find anyone bin our area to repair it as they cannot get parts for this brand. Lesson learned :: don't but anything from this company.
Customer service is disgusting
Toolstream will not honer a 1 years warranty let alone their so called three year warranty, their customer service stinks with arrogant idiots who obviously do not know the Law of this land regarding Merchantable quality and the repair of a product within one year of going wrong (in fact the law as it stands is 6 years) I have never in my life had to deal with such a horrible company with such a bombastic attitude as this one, will I buy any of their products again? not on this earth.
