I have never used any of their tools without issues. Whenever I want to use them, there are lots of problems, which are neither resolved nor refunded after multiple requests.

Total scam, no uptime, do not go with them. No support. I purchased a tool from them and almost in a month 24 days it was down. When asked for refund they simply denay.
No uptime, no support just pure scam.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY!

Total Scam. Bought a Jasper Trial. It is not working, I Tried to reach customer support, but nobody responded.

I came across this site two years ago. I bought and used it last year. I bought 1 pack on 8.04.2022. It gave an error when I tried to use it. Live support said they are serving for "INDIA ONLY". They made this decision this year. I asked for a refund, the live support that answered me ended the chat. Doesn't answer :) I didn't get my money. Be careful when using it.
