I'm just getting started. I just went through the bonus webinar, and it looks VERY promising.

Excellent platform and tutorials on how to get the best out of this. Like anything Ai it will take perseverence, but excellent value for money.

**The subscription terms and refund process feel unnecessarily vague**

I purchased ToonBee’s one-time subscription, but after paying I discovered that it only included a “Standard Licence,” which did not allow me to monetise the content I created.

I also found that the included 500 credits could be used up quickly, after which additional credits would need to be purchased. The “Pro” package was then presented as the option required to access features and usage rights that I had expected to be included in the original purchase.

After generating just one video, I decided the product was not suitable for me and requested a refund under ToonBee’s advertised 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee.

Instead of immediately processing the refund, I was first offered the full Pro package for free, and then the Pro package plus 1,000 credits. I declined both offers and repeated that I wanted the refund provided under the advertised guarantee.

At the time of writing, my refund is still pending.

The product may suit some users, but I found the licensing, credit system and refund process frustrating and insufficiently clear before purchase. I would advise prospective customers to read the licence and refund conditions carefully, take screenshots of the advertised guarantee, and retain copies of all correspondence.

It is very easy to use the tools and the app.

I am very satisfied with ToonBee’s support. The AI understood my issue immediately and forwarded it extremely quickly. The human support team was also fast, friendly, and solution-oriented. My problem was resolved completely, and everything worked as intended in the end.
The software itself is clearly structured and easy to understand. Some useful details and tricks become apparent only through hands-on use, but the webinar is very helpful for learning them. I would definitely recommend attending it.

ToonBee is a fantastic product. I've created a few videos with lip-synched animals and humans. There's a bit of a learning curve to link scenes with speech, but customer support is so good and so fast, that I'm not sure that it's human or Ai. I don't care... the answers were spot on.

I bought the One Time Payment version, upgraded to PRO, added captions, and enhanced narration with extra voices. OTOs (one time offers) and upgrades are common for software offerings. The few negative reviews center on this, but they must not have done similar purchases in the past.

ToonBee is one of my best purchases. The one thing to keep in mind is to keep the final video under 25mb (GMail limit) if you want to email it. My 60mb videos have been easy to share via DropBox links.

I wish I could do two things :
1.I can upload custom fonts
2.I could use TTS API integrated from other vendors for language specific content

I've only recently started using Toon Bee, but my experience so far has been very positive.

The platform was easy to set up, intuitive to use, and we were able to create three professional marketing videos for our property business within a very short space of time.

What impressed me most is how quickly an idea can be turned into a finished video. It has helped us launch a consistent content marketing strategy, and consistency is exactly what we're aiming for.

Toon Bee has now become part of our daily business workflow, and we intend to continue creating new content on a regular basis.

We're still learning the platform and discovering more of its features, but for the moment it's doing exactly what we need it to do.

It's been 3 days since I purchased Toon Bee. I triedi t one time, and for someone like me who doesn't have enough skills in creating ai content, it proved to be difficult. I also am not happy with the quality of the voice over and the many other additional purchases needed such as voice overs, captions. It proved to be too expensive in the end for me. I requested for a refund since I only tried it for less than 3 hours. Instead of the easy back money guarantee, it is proving to be that applying for a refund is just as complicated as using Toon Bee. I have been following up for 3 days now, but I seem to be having a back and forth communication of being offered additional credits each time. Please, I want a refund. I do not know how to make myself clearer!

the intuitive nature of the experience is sincerely off the charts. the human interface, is a bit clunky, but that's not unique for a new film editing platform.

where the heck do we go next is always a problem, much like where to start.

i am big on laying down my audio first. to me that is the best blueprint for something different and wild.

all aside, i absolutely love the platform. write, sing, drool, produce. and it's all yours.

(it also takes common director screen and sound terms, one project in I found out). fade out.

I am the designer of the Internet, but I am not known for my work, so I have a story to tell that is out of the ordinary: my work was magic, grew wings, and flew off to the United States, where it spread. The Internet grew over 40 years without me receiving any credit for my creativity, so now my work has evolved into the AI services I conceived and envisioned back when I had control of my technical design art. However, ToonBee is a good start for anyone reaching out to learn from my early efforts, but what I find annoying is the 3K character limit, since I paid for the pro version. It is not enough. My scripts are often double that. I am not paying for screen text or extra voices because I bought the Pro version. I expect to have a quality feature set. That said, ToonBee is a great anime tool to begin your journey into the world of make-believe, or use it to make promotional videos for what you sell online.

I just finished an email exchange about what they mean by “unlimited credits,” and I have to say I’m very disappointed with the answers I received.

It turns out that, even though my invoice and their website clearly state that I have unlimited credits because I joined one of their promotions, I discovered that “unlimited” actually means 10,000 credits per year.

Not exactly great news.

It’s even more frustrating considering how often the platform fails to generate usable clips because it lacks even the most basic quality-control features that virtually every other platform includes.

Needless to say, a refund isn’t even being considered.

So here’s my advice: be very careful about what you buy. With this software, you’ll burn through credits incredibly fast, and the ironic part is that you can still run out of credits even with an “unlimited” credits subscription.

My recommendation is simple: stay away from it.

It was a great learning, although slow at the beginning. But I started getting it. I am glad to share my first video is complete. The only frustrating part during the time I was creating the video was AI not reading my script/dialogue properly, mixing conversations and had to regenerate a few times to get it right. Eventually I got it all right, and I love my video. And hoping the regeneration dd not keep consuming my credits.

I like the videos that are teaching us upfront. They really helped a lot.

The sales tactics match the performance of the product. Offering everything for a single fee, but locking all non-standard functions of ToonBee Pro (yes it now feels like a gamble to have paid the first uplift) behind additional costs (e.g. the UK voiceover Austin being locked in the voicepack).

I’m now being offered more powerful AI features for human characters, not cartoons, so came to say ToonBee Pro kept making characters walk through furniture, even if my prompts specifically said around the furniture, or excluded unnatural behaviour.

A very solid 4 stars after my first two projects.

It’s a good program, but it’s not useful for me. I tried it out and requested a refund just hours after paying for it. Several weeks have passed, and I only receive emails with offers trying to get me to keep using the program, but I still haven't received the refund I keep asking for.

Currently, I am loving this app. I looked at it, and I immediately thought this would be excruciately hard for me. I am 72 and just starting to use this type of stuff. But, it has been absolutely easy and I am not making kiddie videos. Nuff Said!
