Excellent site. No problem withdrawing, very fast . Ty tooniebet for being a trustworthy site. Been on 3 others that aren't processing my withdrawals. They all say the same story that the finance dept is behind and I will get my money it's all BS. one site CASHED casino wouldn't give me my $475 winnings so I just used it and closed my account( stay away from this site). Over a week to be verified and still not
I'm giving this casino 3 stars. Mostly for their wonderful support staff through chat and email. Tony and Jayco have both been so kind and understanding as my account has been waiting at least 7 days to be verified, so I can withdrawal my money. Was able to withdrawal 3x with no issues and on the 4th.. $150 they blocked my acct and that started the very difficult verifying process. I'll admit the issue started with me and the documents I sent in however I was able to verbally speak to someone who made sure all departments were updated to my case. I've been told since yesterday that it's all good they just need to update the system and reassured me I was priority... but how does that final process take over 24hrs.. how is that priority?? And there's no way to directly talk to specific departments.
In terms of platform and bonuses.i play on a lot of sites and they do have probably one of the more diverse game choices and definitely lots of easy to earn bonuses.
