Easy to order and got it fast and in very discreet packaging. Only down side was my free gift broke on the first use. Not complaining much because it was free, but now it's useless, after 2 minutes. That was disappointing. The rest of my order was great!

So I took a chance and ordered a few things from Tootimid.com. I had lost weight but, according to the guidelines their sizing chart said all the items should fit.
I was so happy when my package arrived on time and I received a little extra special treat with my order worth $39 I believe. They have a "Free Toy" offer with every purchase, I mean.. who could go wrong. Anyway, they actually didn't fit. I was so devastated! But for the first time, in a great way! They were too big. I was hesitant in calling because I have never had any great customer service experiences.
But I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEY'RE PEOPLE! I was treated like a normal human being, "Not a curvey woman who shouldn't have bought herself some lingerie now trying to return it cause it doesn't fit" They were polite, understanding, courteous, did everything in their power to rectify my situation as soon as possible. The only way anything could have been done any faster would have been if there was a storefront right next door to my house. I am so excited as my ABSOLUTELY FREE! Yes, free replacements come in today. This all took place in about a two week process and it could have been quicker but it took me a minute to decide which items I wanted instead.. the materials are quality. It's not cheaply made. I definitely will be buying from them for a long time. Thank you TT for making me feel like a women again.
