Ordered 2 products. The tracking app said it had arrived the package had not arrived emailed the help desk they asked me to wait 1 more day just incase it showed up on the 5 day of shipping. The next day it showed up I received an email asking if I had received it. Very pleased they followed up and answered all quesrions
