The concept of this book is brilliant, but the AI makes a lot of assumptions which did ruin the story a bit. Just silly things like assuming the recipient lives in a semi (he doesn’t), assuming the recipient goes skiing around in his home town (he lives in London!). Just poorly constructed AI mistakes.

I agree you need to give as much detail as possible about the recipient to get as much correct context, but Tooxt shouldn’t go randomly guessing facts which turn out to be totally ridiculous or factually incorrect.

This initially started out as a 3* review, but the response from Tooxt Customer Support and offer of credit towards next purchase has totally restored faith in the company and increased my rating to 5* for customer service alone.

For all customers considering using Tooxt just be sure to give as much information as possible about the main character and their circumstances, minimising any chances of AI mistakes being generated.

AI is continually evolving, so it’ll get better over time.

I love the way the book was designed, it’s such a great read! Can’t wait to give it to my daughter in law. Hope she loves it as much as I do.

I am not in any way affiliated with Tooxt, but I did want to do a review to maybe help anyone about to order.

My book arrived and the quality of the book is superb, ( I chose paperback)
and the cover photo was perfect.
What I didn’t do properly was give them enough information to help them base a good storyline on, and that was on me, not them. The story they created ( they use AI) was really funny and well written, but not as personal as I wanted. I suggest you elaborate on your answers as much as possible, and when they contacted me, ( they followed up to see if I was happy with it) I told them exactly that, and I must add that the follow up they gave me was equally superb. Delivery as well was great!
You don’t see that often anymore in businesses.
I loved the concept of the book so much I wanted to try again.
They did give me this advice which I will share. I am currently awaiting the 2 nd edition, and am really excited. ….

* Avoid general referencessuch as “a neighbor,” “a friend,” or “family member” unless you’re comfortable with creative interpretation. Adding names or brief specific descriptions helps prevent random name generation.
* For the photo, we recommend using a well-lit, high-resolution image where the person’s face is clearly visible and taken from a good distance for the best result. Before submitting your order, you can regenerate the cover multiple times by clicking “Try another cover” until you’re satisfied.”

This book was delivered fast and it was so enjoyable for me to receive . I nearly died of laughter and my son and I were in fits reading it . I can’t wait to give it to my husband . Also looking on the back of the cover and seeing part 2 of the series made me want to get him another for his next birthday . Highly recommend this ! Well worth the money . Customer service prompt and timely .

What a great gift idea! After seeing an ad on social media, I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy with the book! It was easy to answer a few questions, provide a photo, and let Tooxt take care of the rest. Shipping was quick, absolutely no issues! A great gift for the person who has everything! I will definitely be ordering again!

Surprising that Tooxt/AI comes up with a fictional story based on just a few facts. The titles they suggest are perfect, as is the story.

Very user friendly which is important for all of us that are not that young anymore. Some more questions should be asked to make it even more personal. Overall a great experience.

The book was magical in a lot of ways- I didn’t know it would touch my husbands heart like it did and it was worth all the efforts.

I ordered 2 hard cover books for my friend and his wife as a wedding present.
They absolutely loved them!!! There one of a kind and will be ordering another one soon for my 20 year old son!

What a fun idea! The quality is great, but the concept is fantastic! I just received mine, which I ordered for my husband's 40th birthday. The book has so many chapters, and the cover design was ON POINT! I wish I could put more details in my order so the stories would be more accurate, but I enjoyed the tales very much too! Truly an awesome gift!
