Completely unacceptable service. I ordered 4 dresses online and 2 arrived after 6 weeks and the other 2 took 2 months. The sizing is completely variable with 2 being extremely short and 2 being absolutely vast! After complaining to the company they said that their return center is located in Guangzhou, China and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and customs fees.
All email communication that I have had with Topdresses has taken about 10 days for them to respond to.
